Good app. Does what I need. No issues with it. They seem to add features all of the time. Love uploading checks by taking pictures. UPDATE: There are now advertising banners within the app. Literally changing banks due to this. I pay a monthly premium for my checking account to get ads?!? 5 stars down to 2 stars.

Great, gives you everything you need. It is easy to use. Makes life easy to have the secured info that you need at your finger tips so you can be informed of where your acct stands at all times. One thing to know is that often deposits or debits may take one to two days to be reflecked or even shown as pending on your account instead of being immediate. So you need to remember the most recent transactions you have made. Update: Still takes up to 2 days for transaction to show. Frustrating.

I have 3 accounts. Keeping track is fast & easy. I have had other banking apps that were difficult & faulty. I used to use PayPal for their excellent security but, in a dispute with 1 of my customers PayPal took $230. out of my account in favor of a customer that made false claims saying I did not do the job he paid me for, even though I had a signed job invoice with before & after photos of the job I performed.

It's better than nothing when it works. It often won't allow logins and is constantly a few days out of sync, but only in the balance and not in transactions so it always looks like you have a higher balance than you do. The budget took looks alright but is under the hood not as good as the old one. Overall just several steps down from the old app and online experience, which was already not on par with others in the industry.

Mobile deposit is buggy. After snapping pics of the check, the app stretched the pics beyond readability and cropped the edges off. I tried re-taking the pictures, but this time it wouldn't take a picture at all when I tapped on the screen. I've been having issues since the revamp with downloading transactions from the website and synching with Quicken. The app isn't all bad. It works, and it is convenient for verifying funds deposited or spent.

It seems like every update the mobile deposit function gets crappier and crappier. The worst "feature" is how it tries to auto-crop the check after you take a picture. There's no point in trying to line up the check in the box like it says to, because it's just going to crop off the edges of the check anyway and require you to take another dozen pictures to chance getting the info not cropped off to hit submit. It's almost more convenient to drop checks at a physical location now.

I find this app very useful for checking to see if a particular bill has been paid, or a paycheck has arrived. And it's very helpful to use to keep track of your account or savings.

Its essential to have and makes paying someone or something simple. Only 2 issues keep it from being the best. 1. Connection issues - this app can be very dogey to use and sometimes doesnt work in an environment that is fully connected like you home or the store. This has happened at frustrating points even before this app was revamped. 2. Lack of features - This app needs some kind of calculator and some way to get into direct contact with your nearest local bank.

Before the new upgrade I would have gave it a higher rating (5☆), but now it will not even let me log in. It just sits there thinking and churning. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. It will work 1 maybe 2 times then back. It is basically useless and taking up space. A VIRTUAL PAPERWEIGHT. Please Fix It ASAP. This makes me think and consider switching banks! why deal with a everyday headache when I can change and deal with it once and be done. Will update if the app gets fixed

It never works. Always shows the wrong amount. You think you have money, spen the money then get over drafted $30.00 for something that cost $0.99.

I use three bank apps on my phone and this one is the worst. It lags and lags when I want to open it. I like these apps for convenience, but it's faster to get on my laptop and view my account that way, than wait for this one to finally come up. Honestly, I'm ready to switch banks, based purely on this app and it's lack of functionality.

its very convenient! plus if you have payments still pending you can see them. keeps you from overdrafting and it reverse all the pending payment amount and put what you overdraft first and then pending payments. It gives you a huge amount of fees. so be careful, thats the only reason I have a problem with when using the bank, but not no more of course.

This app is very good for general functions such as check balances, view and categorize transaction details, transfer money from one account to another, check deposits, stop check, etc,. It has enough functions to serve app users without the need to use a computer. I have had some delays in logging into the app a few times, but that is not something to take away from the app. Overall it serves a much needed purpose.

it works great ....when you can get it to work. I've resorted to uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it will work once or twice before I'll have to uninstall and reinstall again. i tried contacting customer service and it worked fine while i was talking to them but quit afterwards.

I used to love banking with first United. This app won't even open. I've tried deleting and redownloading many times an a couple phones and have also tried it on a newly factory reset phone and it still won't open. Republic Bank and trust is starting to look better and better. If you would like you an try and use the web browser on your phone instead but be very careful and dont trust what you see, on the old app i set up a transfer to my savings every month and this will not appear anywhere on the web browser on the phone. Ive been told there will be an update, but im surprised it takes months to sort this out.

Not very user friendly. Just switched from Landmark, now Simmons Bank. I use the bank app all the time. Simmons is much easier to navigate. It took a while to figure out how to look at my transactions. It's not clearly marked. Still learning how to use the app. Shouldn't be this difficult. Sorry

the previous version worked great on my Note 8. I very rarely can log in on it now no matter which method I try to use. It just continually tries to load. I also have noticed it doesn't keep up with my charges. please fix this app. It's extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

Only works half the time if you're lucky. Doesn't matter how fast or reliable your wifi or data plan is. Once you're finally in, it's not terrible, but it's still not that great. Overall the performance is disappointing :(

I signed up for a savings account that takes money from my checking account weekly but it don't mind overdrafting me to do it and I get charged 28 dollars when it causes the overdraft. I can't change it unless I physically go back to the bank and I work all the time unless it's bad weather. I'm not happy with this at all and considering cancelling savings all together.

The app is very important to our business account. It has had the same problems since we've downloaded 3 years ago. Every other day the balance will be wrong and tell us we have more in the account than we really do and doesn't show every transaction. Sometimes it will be right and sometimes it won't. It sucks that none of the updates have fixed it after years. It needs to be corrected because it can screw people who think they have more money than they actually do. It's screwed us before.

horrible. I never know how much is actually in my bank account because transactions keep disappearing! nothing is processing correctly either so it keeps saying I'm over drafting my account when I know for sure I'm not. it has changed how much I have for available balance 3 or 4 times and I'm really frustrated by this!! fix this app

I live over a hundred miles from my bank! I have never had the Superior Customer Service at any other bank like I do at First United Bank! Thanks to the Staff at the OKC Stockyards and 59th and Western locations! Ya'll are Super! 🌻

Since the new update i have not been able to get into the app at all. Its been a month and a half now and I've been sending feedback every time and haven't heard anything. It literally doesn't even let me in the app it just goes black then goes to my home page and says app didn't open or whatever.

I have been a member of this bank before the merger and used the online banking system to keep track of my every day expenses. This new app and online system is horrible. I cannot log in and, when it does allow me to, I have to go through a lengthy verification system every single time, despite accessing the app on the same device. I tried to reset my password today and all it told me was that it could not reset my password and that I should call the bank. The whole point of having online banking is to have 24/7 remote access to the account without having to go to the bank/call to verify your identification.
