Same as others kicked me out and changing password requires waiting on a phone for anywhere between 10 and 45 minutes.
This app is usually 2 days BEHIND on transactions. They need an upgrade or something to be more useful. My BOA app could do anything and was always up to the minute updated
It's last update kicked me out and now refuses to let me log in. I've tried everything and when I call the number I'm on hold for 10 minutes before I just hang up. Very annoying. Hope they fix it soon.
New update won't let me log in. Called the bank, reset password, and still is telling me my credentials are wrong. Its a real inconvenience... Needs to be fixed asap!
I just installed new update and it still will not show me the updated amounts in my accounts. It has not updated the information for 2 days. Frustrating.
Changed my password and now it gives me a message to set my datevand time to automatic, my tablet has no such setting as it does so automatically without being being prompted by a command setting. So now the app's useless on my tablet.
Don't download this app turn around an open a bank account else where
New update will not open at all, just crashes
Not sure what I expected. Garbage app from a garbage bank. These guys need to get out of the 90s and catch up with the world.
Never works. Have to uninstall and reinstall it to see my updated info. Annoying.

Every time I want to use it I have to reboot my phone. This is one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded on my phone.

Go to playstore download new app Delete old one. That's the issue

After downloading the update my account hasn't synced at all. Keep getting an error every time I try. Please fix asap.
Failure to sync after update. Deleted app then reloaded, now failure to sign on error.

It was working great till the last update I can't even log in. Should really be rapaired!!! Before the update it was great I depended totally for much of my banking maneuvers on it. Very dissapointed now 😞😞👎
As of today cannot refresh my accounts since update. Says sync error. Please fix!!!!
