I really love the bank itself but I'm about fed up with these apps the bank ain't worth a s*** if I can't check on my account since I'm paperless and I don't feel I need to call the bank every time I need to check my account out and what's really sad they know this problem exists and they haven't fixed it yet almost a month and I can't tell you how much money I got in my account or what's been paid what this ship needs to be fixed or it's time to get a new account at a new bank
This app has improved immensely since they first updated it. Its easy to deposit and move funds. Gives me all the info I need without calling or going to the bank. 😊
Same problem as Rebekkah, can't log in now. I get taken to a blank screen to submit an answer to probably my security question. I know my answer and tried inputting that amd nothing happens. I'm also using a samsung galaxy s9
Can't log in since the March update. Reinstalling doesn't change anything.
I have never had a problem logging in or gettin fast help and friendly Service
For some reason I cannot be provided with correct username or password for my account online
It keeps going out please fix.

App is self closing. Was trying to deposit a check through the app and the app closed. Had to sign back in. It's also having issues recognizing the security questions. So I'm finally able to login back in, get the check uploaded which too way too long to do thanks to the apps auto picture taking. I then went to look at my account to see what has all cleared my account and what is pending. And of course the app closed again. Please correct this bug
Crashes upon mobile check deposit and fails to load security questions.
The previous version was bad, only because it took so long to long to log in. This one is worse. It still takes a little while to log in, but now I cannot see any details of each transaction, which is essential to finding potential fraudulent transactions. Also, it takes forever for the account to update to an accurate current balance. Those 2 things are the only reason I have this app, and they barely function. I actually find this really strange because the service inside the branches is outstanding, so it makes me think that maybe their IT department just needs to be replaced or retrained.
New app doesn't work. Can't transfer money to college student who is out of town. App and bank website are both unusable. May have to change banks.
App and desktop version are horrendous. This is a deal breaker for me. Time to find another bank *sigh*

Horrible. It lost all the good aspects and added several that do not work correctly. Bugs galore, and not easy to use at all.

I do like the app at all. I can't even view my transactions.... Just terrible. Should have never change.....
My bank for over 30 years
The app and the bank are terrible. Been a member maybe a week and do many issues. App will not all me to deposit checks.
