Since I got a new phone, when I try to log in instead of getting the log in button I get an "Enroll" button. It asks for my security questions, I answer correctly, then it asks for my phone number & says that number is already in use. It is, BY ME! I'm not trying to enroll, I'm trying to log in! I even uninstalled off my old phone hoping that would work, but nope.
It's a good app if you want to see your balances but I wish it showed a running calculation. Also, there aren't many features. I'd like more search options for my account. But overall it's not bad.
I'm having major issues with my application. It keeps telling me the version of the app is not compatible with the server. It won't let me update the app tho to check my balance.
All I can do is check balances. No ability to utilize bill pay or mobile deposit, so it's sort of useless. Not pleased with this app.
Limit on deposit amount is inconvenient. Takes a lot of input to make an online deposit. Not sure it's worth the trouble.
I've been having to "enroll" over and over. I'll save my username and go in and it's gone. Then it makes me start over with a code ect. It's annoying.

Keeps giving me an error and won't let me log in unless I delete the app and reinstall it everytime. Had to go back to using the website.
Everytime I login it wants me to enter my phone number so it can send me a code to login and then it asked me the 3 questions about where lived or whatever EVEYTIME! I keep putting the passcode option on but it never stays. It very annoying when all I want to do is check the balance.
