It made me "update" the app. Now when I try to deposit a check it keeps closing when I take the check photos. Nine months after the previous review, still the same problem. This is an awful app and awful developers. Still the same problem. What's wrong with you, developers?

The app does not give us here in the USVI the option to make an extra payment of whatever amount towards your personal loan. It's only the monthly payment or loan amount. If I feel like adding like 200.00 during the month it does not allow you to do so and even telephone banking if you want to make a payment that's not the monthly amount it has to be greater than your monthly payment you can't just put anything. Thats just making people life difficult.

Does not show E-statements (PDF) (no funciona para ver los statements) Does not show E-statements. It keep saying I don't have a PDF viewer. As a matter of fact I do have and it's working properly. I've try evething and it's keep giving me the same error. It does not give you the option to find the pdf statement and open it yourself. Don't download it. Until this is resolve. Use the website instead.

This app is corrupted and operate illegal. Did a credit card payment for a previous balance about 2 days ago. Now I have a newer balance in my credit card and this app does not allow me to do a payment because I did a previous payment in a 3 days window. This is forcing my credit card balance to gain interest against my will. It is not suposed to be that way.

Cannot deposit check. Every time I attempt to take a photo of the check, the app crashes. The big problem: I already followed the instructions and wrote "for mobile deposit only" on the back of the check. Wondering if I'll have trouble depositing at the bank now.

Gotta complain again. I can't deposit my checks in the app cause it closes every time I take the picture of the check. I try one time after another until I just give up. I don't have anything positive to say about this bank. Still regret they bought my bank, Santander. Which it never gave me problems with anything and didn't charge me for things I didn't know. Really bad service and way to get things better when we are all trying to not close our accounts for that reason.There are more banks 🙌

Photo deposit almost never work. Tha app controls the camera without a chance to adjust for better image. Therfore the photos end up blurry and the system wont recognise and approve the transaction. I found out that it needs better lighting for it to recognise images.

App worked well until today when I got a message that there is a new update which must be installed in order to continue. Upon exiting message box, taken to Google Play automatically where the only options are to "Uninstall" or "Open". I rebooted my phone and now I cannot access the app at all. PLEASE CORRECT AT ONCE AS I AM HOUSEBOUND AND ALL MY TRANSACTIONS ARE THROUGH THIS APP.

The app kicks me out almost every time I try to deposit a check online and rarely will it take it the 1st time. I deposited 2 checks on a Saturday at the drive thru sat there for an hour and I can't find anywhere in the app to even look for anything pending and late Sunday and it still doesn't reflect the transaction at all. Also even with my language settings being English all the FAQ and things are in Spanish. (I'm guessing)

Performs certain basic functions. However, it does not provide bill payment history when the vendor is a third party. I don't understand why the previous app had this feature and the new one doesn't. Instead of improving, it has gotten progressively worse.

This app is unsuitable for use in its current iteration. I'm am unable to do any travel notifications. The country that I am in is not on the list. I am unable to make deposits. I hope that they fix this app before the quarantine is lifted. It looks most likely that I'll have to make other arrangements.

This latest update is not user-friendly. I entered the answers to three brand-new security questions, and then the app does not move on to the next security level. There are no instructions telling the user to reenter the answers to the security questions. After trial and error, I understood that to "confirm" meant reenter the security answers.

This app is weird I had it set up for it to Log in with fingerprint and it suddenly went back to put in password, witch led to block account after 1 missed attempt. You can't unblock the account thru app have to go to website; witch to unblock and get the passcode, you have to answer your secret question, but it isn't displayed and you chose that question when you opened the account witch you're supposed to remember. After all that went to put new password it says site under maintenance...

SImply Horrible App! It NEVER recognizes my user name and/or password. Tried to change passwords, and even the code THEY sent me DOES NOT WORK! Always end up having to call customer service. Developer needs to step up to the plate and fix the damn thing!

Hate it. More than two weeks unable to deposit a check. Apparently, according to tech support, I am the only one with this issue. I am unable to deposit and receive and email saying that I have duplicate sessions opened, which is not true.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! MAJOR HEADACHE!! Been trying many times to set up the account and it just don't logs in. Never ever had an issue with the previous app. I'm switching to another bank.

This app works slow and there's usually some technical problem. It tells you you can't log in until you update and the app won't allow me to update. The only options are open and uninstall.

It's been a good experience so far. The app is fairly easy to use and understand. Adding or deleting a payee seems impossible and have to go to the bank's web page to do so when the app should facilitate that process. Thanks

It is horrible. I've been trying for over a week to deposit a check with no success. I was able to deposit checks in the past with no problem. I have no idea what happened with the app. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app 3 times, but still no luck. Ugh!

Awful!!!! Everytime there's an update the transition is never smooth through the app. I always have to end up calling to speak to an associate in order to update.

On a scale of 1-10 this app gets a 0. There's always an update that fixes nothing. At this point I just use the app to make sure I am not being robbed. Thing is the service is worst than the app. None of the Reps seem to know how to use it, answer a question, & still want to give you an attitude when they have not solved your issue. Worst bank after Banco Popular. Cant wait for 2020 so I can be through with this bank. I can not transfer. Real time is about an hr & dont show name just funds gone.

The latest update does not allow mobile deposits. At the moment of taking the photo it closes the application and does not allow to finish the process.

This app needs more actualization. It just works for verification of accounts and checks deposits. It's doesn't have money transfer options to another bank. Also the option to reorder checks does not work . First Bank needs to put these tools and many others available to their clients. I hope First Bank take this review in consideration.
