Needs a better upgrade. i don't like this app, you need to work on a better version. Everytime I try to log in it makes me answer the same question like 5 times and then it blocks the account and i have to call costumer service to unlock it. Why if i put the correct username and password i have to answer the security questions, Every time. It doesn't even deserve a star.
Not an app, it's just the website with a different skin and apart from the fact that it lacks in so many things a banking app should do, it doesn't even remember my phone. I have to answer the security question every time.
This is the worst app ever. It ends blocking me every time I update it and try to login. I wish I can use expletives here to express my frustration and anger with this app. Manure. This app is the purest form of manure ever.
Being able to see only 5 transactions at a time is so stupid. Also, there's no mobile deposit. The app is only useful to check your balance.
Terrible app... If you can even call it an app. It's just a web wrapper for their mobile website... Doesn't even remember the user name and password. Whoever designed this "app" definitely stole your corporate money.
No fingerprint login. Forgets your password all the time with no online recovery. Requires calling to recover. C'mon it's 2019. When are you going to update this app? Totalmente inconveniente. No ayuda si tengo que llamar todas las semanas. Asumo que ni el presidente ni la Junta de Directores de este banco la usan.
I downloaded this app on my tablet and it doesn't recognize my information. The security question that it is asking doesn't apply to me and there are no more options

Ihav been to four banks and only one person at one of them I had an attude problem with the othet three were very kind and effient

It blocks your account after a single failed attempt to login. Has not received a major update in more than 6 years.

This app encapsulates a website, it is not an app itself. Lacks of ALL modern bank app stuff like fingerprint access, photo deposit, etc. Not reliable. Slow. Horrible user interface. App has not been updated in many years. Only branch and ATM's info has been updated. Useless...
Does not let you Access account information after certain time...makes you call and when I'm an emergency you are just out of luck

This is a very basic app. Other than seeing your account balances and locating a branch or atm you can't do much. Firstbank should really improve this. Especially they need to add an area for credit card holders to see their account.
Needs a modern update...glitches need correction

No fingerprints,. Never registered your device ,the format is old from other banking apps..
its interface looks and feels old. it lacks everything a banking app should have up until this point. Also it makes log in an impossible feat at times. Your other apps for specifcs countries look better than this one.Please take the time to fix this app so we can use it properly
