App will not load all the time. Opens with a white screen and won't fully load up. Updated review for only 1 star since its been a constant issue......hasn't been fixed yet. Update.....now it is constantly saying data network is unavailable or busy. Unistalled and reinstalled.....still does not work
Super easy to use! Check balances, deposits, debits, and make deposits and transfers between other FBSW accounts I am listed on. I've never tried the wallet feature.
Useless app. Customer service is no help. Registered for online banking before use as instructed online. Supplied ss#, dob, drivers license #, mailing address address & everything requested for enrollment. After supplying all requested info it said they needed to send a text for confirmation. Never sent it after numerous attempts. Customer service said they would send an email confirmation #. No email sent. I entered all info meticulously and without error to NO avail. 0 STARS!
Everything is great except mobile deposit. It never works properly and then we do not get feedback that the deposit did not go through. Caused me a hefty late fee! You need to attend to this.
UPDATE - STILL waiting for user friendly spreadsheet download Great app to stay current with your finances. I could 5* if I could download information to a spreadsheet instead of only text file format
The app used to be awesome, but they updated it, and now it sometimes won't open. I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times. Once it's open, it is super good.
It was great until it was updated. Goes to a blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Please fix this issue.
Love this bank. If you have ANY issues, questions, problems, etc.. it's VERY easy to get in touch with someone who will assist in answering/solving it.
the best banking app ever!! lets you know when ur card was used, where it was used, the amount used and ur balance... I love it takes lots off ones shoulders. WONDERFUL!!

I had trouble with it before, but now it works smoothly.
What is the user ID and password? I just need to check my balance without having to go to the bank or an atm. Why can't it be that simple?

It works great and works with my cell really well. Lot faster I don't have to go to the main site to check my acct. Thanks fbsw for making things easier and better.
I always get a communications error when I try to sign in when I'm on wifi.
Not too bad for a smaller bank.
UPDATE: Touchid login now works, but the app makes you manually type in your password to access "secured features" like viewing transaction history or transferring money between accounts. So you cannot use touch login and actually use the app. Same problem as Evelyn. The app constantly makes you re-enroll with an authentication text. So you have to type in your entire password every time. Deleting and reinstalling the app fixes the problem for a few weeks and then it starts acting up again.
