This app freezes and fails frequently, and I find myself uninstalling and reinstalling every few weeks. Also, the information in the app is frequently wrong. Debits and credits frequently are missing (and therefore balance is often wrong) and I have to log out and log back in for the transactions to return. Some days I can log in 10 times in 10 minutes and get a different balance and list of transactions every time.

App constantly has issues. It won't open half the time, then when it does, it onlt stays open for 4 seconds, then closes again. It also has been to known to have very incorrect balances, hundreds or even a thousand dollars off. I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times in the past 2 months. If this were not the app for my bank, I definitely would not have it!!

Installed, slow to load then lost user info then it just says unknown error occurred. Want load up and then crashes. Security issue with this app already! I just switched from another bank and if this is a preview if what's to come then I'm considering moving to another bank already? I rely on my app to keep updated on transaction sho far this has not been the case! Update; I'm so tired of uninstalling and reinstalling this app! Please fix it! Usually when I go from wifi to mobile data.

It constantly has errors, even though I did sign up for mobile banking before installing the app. It won't let me log in. I've tried restarting my phone but the app still won't work. I usually have to keep unistalling and reinstalling the app once (or more) per month to get into my account. Now I keep getting an error message that the "application is unsupported". Account balances often wrong. Bank won't let me deposit a check via mobile deposit if amount is over $500. Ridiculous and useless.

Well we all know the app is terrible, the bank itself is very shady. I've noticed if I check my account after 12-1am an old closed account is there as if it's open and my account says its negative ( for no reason). In the morning it's back to the correct amount. I think they're using that to pay less interest, the old account I'm not sure yet how it is used to their advantage. I've started screenshotting this as well. Maybe that's why the apps so bad, they don't want you checking balances often

This app crashes on me daily. I always have to go to a computer/web browser to check my bank account because no matter how many times I restart the app, delete and reinstall it, or make sure its updated, it NEVER WORKS. pretty fed up with even trying to use online banking, as this has been going on for over 3 months.

Terrible App. Consistently fails, and incoveniences me. I live in the country, and try to avoid onsite banking when possible. The experience I've had with this app has inspired me to switch banks due to being inaccessible frequently. The onsite ATMs hardly work either and with an inconventional work schedule, the technology fails too often for me to depend on this bank or their products. This app needs serious rennovation.

This app would be better if i didnt have to uninstall and reinstall it like once a week to get it to work. It is always stopping to the point it wont reopen and work. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app. If i didnt need it for my bank. I wouldnt have the app. Needs to be fixed asap. This time it ran for 3 days now it wont open again. So once again im uninstalling and reinstalling this app.

Horrible app and the bank itself isn't much better. Staff is nice though. Hardly a consolation as going in and interacting with the staff is literally the last thing I ever want to do. This horrible app makes achieving that a lot more difficult.

Will not let me login at all. First Bank bought out our branch of Atlantic Capital, and I've found it's really unfortunate. Before it was bought out AC had a really easy to use app, and I used it constantly. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Used to work great! Lately though the app has been broken and will not let me login proper. It will start to login then it immediately closes. No functional method to report the problem so I am giving the app 2 stars since it did work before.

It had worked forever but now all of a sudden it decided to lock me out. I called the support number and they couldnt see anything. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone multiple times. It has yet to work again.

I have to uninstall and install it. To get my account balance. For some reason it will not stay active. . Then I get locked out and have to call my bank for them to re send me a password. . That used to work great, but something has happened now and it is awful.

The last update was in January 2019! It's been a year, let's get it together and update this app! I always have to uninstall this app. At night my balance is crazy and very inaccurate.

"Unknown error occurred" about once a month. And I have to uninstall, then reinstall. Sad that in this era... I can navigate a flight with a free app, but can't see my money....

Got it installed and working fine. Figured out if you have certain Developer Options enabled the app will not work properly. I temporarily disabled Developer Options and the app loaded and let me login correctly.

All of a sudden the app wouldn't let me login. Now it states that the application is not supported. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change. Still unable to access my account.

was going to change Banks because i could not log into the app after opening an account. after a few days of not being able to log in i looked in on the web browser and found out to have to enroll in mobile banking from there first even though i signed up for mobile banking from the start. after i checked the box for mobile banking i went back to the mobile app and logged in and i was in. hope this helps someone.

This app is garbage crashes all the time has no real purpose other than to aggravate the user have to call the bank to get the app reset it's easier to just call the bank one could get the same information without the hassle

Crashes constantly. I am getting sick of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. About to say forget it and not reinstall it. Seriously, someone needs to fix this.

the app is plane, a 5 yr old could use it. And beaware of them not correctly processing payments they will take out more when clearing pending payments but don't worry they admit it. And app is crashing alot.

I use the app on a daily basis, unfortunately it has issues. It crashes randomly, and often will not open. It is becoming a real pain

Such a headache when you put your password in wrong. It won't work after and you have to uninstall app and reinstall. Needs a preview for password so you know if wrong would be a improvement

Use to love the app. Now all a sudden i cant log in. Not even on the direct web page either. Update!!!! Did fine for a bit....now having the same problem! Considering changing banks as this is ridiculous

Rarely works properly, always lags, has plenty of bugs and glitches, crashes often and have to uninstall and reinstall constantly.

Often does not allow you to sign in. You have to uninstall, then install. Pain in . . . This has happened for the final time. Then got no help from "help" line. Will start process to change banks now.
