The old app worked perfectly. This one is aweful. I can veiw my accounts but almost every time I try to use bill pay or do a transfer it brings up a sign that it's having problems or it crashes. I've already ended up with an overdraft fee because I didn't get a low balance warning and when I saw I needed to transfer money between my accounts it wouldn't let me. Nothing but problems.
Didn't have no issues of logging in until my phone did a software update about 2 weeks ago. After that been having issues logging in. I've been contacting to speak to a representative to let them know about the issues I've been having about logging in. Apparently they are working on it to what the issue it. Hopefully they get it fixed asap bc it's a hassle having to uninstall and re-install the app on my phone every time.
Your last update must have screwed everything up!! Never had any issues until about 2 weeks ago and now it wont allow me to get in on the app. Having to restart my phone in order to keep the app from spinning and trying to connect. Very frustrating when you are trying to keep track of your finances!!
I was going to give this merger a shot, and the first version of this app worked. Key word: WORKED! This new version doesn't work 9 out of 10 times, so I just log on from the web browser. Wasn't the whole point of this merger to become better? Guess money talks more than customer satisfaction.
Just like everyone has recently stated, app crashes every time you try to capture an image for remote deposits! You would think a so called "big player" in financial institutions in the state would be able to correct these issues promptly! Fix it or you will lose a customer.
This app has become horrible since the merger that has happened. Account balances are never correct and all transactions are always pending for a minimum of 5 business days or better. That being said, my wife and I have to call the bank just to get our current account balance.. This app has been totally screwed up and is not worth using anymore for convenience, cause it is not a convenience at all.
Very disappointed with this new app. Never had any problems with the old one. Seriously considering finding a new bank. Was very satisfied before but not anymore. They should have kept everything the same. Have not been able to load new app on my phone. Very, very upsetting.
The last couple of days the app won't let me on. I attempt to log in and it tells me "Server cannot be reached at this time." I've attempted to uninstall then reinstall. I don't appreciate having an employee tell me I've set it up wrong. There is no excuse for this and I'm seriously considering switching banks over the crappy new system and poor customer service. Y'all used to be good.
nothing but headaches since the last update. I either have to uninstall then reinstall the app, each time I want to log in, or I have to restart my phone each time... and sometimes neither trick works. And today, 12/18/18, apparently the server is down. Haven't been able to connect to server all day.
The old app was great, but this is awful. Sometimes it tells me my login is incorrect even when it isn't, and other times it just sits on loading but never loads. Haven't been able to use it in weeks, maybe longer. Please fix.
idk why but all of a sudden it's not letting me login anymore it continues to load over and over again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and all I'm trying to do is look at my account on the app and I can't.. instead have to go to the internet to look at it
It was easy until this last update. Now it doesn't work as good.
The old app worked perfectly. The new app is slow, clunky, and crashes every time I try to deposit a check remotely. Would give it less than 1 star if possible
I want the old version back. this one has been nothing but problems since it changed. they called and assured that it was taken care of and I still have to uninstall and install again every time I want to view my accounts.
App. Won't even open get off your buttocks and fix it or go back to the old app. I bet you lose plenty of customers over this. Me included. Why did you do a merge any way. The old system was just fine.
I will not open. I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled several times. It says app has stopped. I worked only one time for me then stopped. The other app was great.
Cannot get the app to open. It says my connection is slow. Have to uninstall and reinstall to access my account information. Getting really sick of this.
App constantly crashes, can't enroll fingerprint because it crashes. It won't even load half the time.
the app used to work great but now it doesn't want to work at all so they need to fix it I have also uninstalled it and reinstalled it to see if it would fix the problem numerous times and it has not
since whatever updates were done have not been able to get into the app. very frustrating!!! there should be no reason a bank app doesnt work in todays age.
The application crashes every time I try to do a mobile deposit. Forced to now visit a bank branch for checks that come in after months of working just fine. Maybe you guys should do bug testing before you release you "scheduled updates"...
Not working as it did before. Have to keep uninstalling the app and installing in order for it work. very frustrating. Please fix asap!!
very unreliable, doesn't update on weekends, sometimes doesn't work at all.
Hands down the worst app I have ever used. Nothing but problems and it doesnt work correctly 99.9% of the time. I would give it negative stars if I .could
I love First Bank & Trust, but I absolutely HATE this new app! It won't load, I have to uninstall & re-install to get into it! The old app was so much better!
I never used to any problems now I can't even check my balance it always says that my password is incorrect.

I have to close the app 5 or 6 times before it actually logs me in. It always says it is taking longer than expected. This app now sucks. You need to fire your app developer.
You have to uninstall and install again every other day for it to work. Worked with no problems in the past
App never worked when it was AimBank, as soon as FirstBank&Trust took over, it works!! And has worked since. I love the app, transfers r easy, nice being able to see my acct any time
