App worked great until this recent update. People always fixing what's not broke.
It won't quit running when I complete my order. I'm afraid of losing my info
It's simple and it works. A company that spends more on efficiency than appeal.
The app is great when it works. But most the time the app opens but the screen will freeze and wont let me type anything or click anything. Very frustrating when you need to access your account. Everything else on my phone works so its not my phone. Please fix this issue.
Ive had the same bank account for a while now and ive had no problems with the bank they are super helpful. I also enjoy the app and being table to see whats going on with my account at a moments notice. And any minor issue ive had with my app the bank has also been helpful in showing me how to navigate the app.
Used to work great. Now when I open it, it says error and contact us. Now I'm having to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to do any mobile banking with them. THIS IS UNREAL!!! 3 months and still haven't fixed it! I love my bank, but this is ridiculous.
Easy and instant.
It used to work flawless, now every single time it says an error has occurred. Clear cache everything else. Nothing works
I'm constantly having issues accessing my account. Even after uninstall and reinstalling the app.
My experience has been awesome from the start! The mobile app is very easy to use. Highly recommend! 😀
Although I installed this new ap (when you acquired Fidelity Bank) I have no icon to click on for e banking. I use the Fidelity Bank icon, but have to update and then open. Where can I find the First Capital icon?

Pretty good, though it lags sometimes and you have to restart the app

Love my FIRST CAPTIAL BANK-FREDERICKSBURG all of the ladies that work there are awesome.
Doesnt even load anymore, re-installing doesnt fix the issue. This app used to be great now its slowly going downhill.
