Ive installed and uninstalled this app severeal times in the last 10 minutes just trying to get the login button to work. And when the login button finally did work, it sat on a loading screen for several minutes, with no progress whatsoever. My school district uses this for their email system, and I'd love to be able to check my school email during the day, when I dont have time to sit down at a computer.
Horribly unreliable UI, that cuts out and short circuits when you try to reply to an email. It does, however, consistently notify you of new emails. Installed for work, would not have installed otherwise. Please take this app off the sidelines and spend some time developing it!
I have the older version of the app which was also horrible and rarely successfully sent out emails from my phone. This one doesn't even have a working login button and serves 0 function for even existing. Im not sure how this company manages to still exist and why in the world schools/companies choose to use it.
Before the update, I was able to access my work email. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Fix the bugs so that Android users can be productive as well. I have all of the information put into the system correctly but the app won't even log in. :( Android users need access!
Not great at all, loads ok and can generally see most recent emails, going back further than a few days can be problematic. Very buggy and prone to freezing.
I can not open emails. I'm only given the option to mark for deletion. The older version was far better. This app is extremely frustrating and worthless.
This app is garbage on Android. Didn't work at all, period. And the old app would not let you send emails or check your calendar. Very disappointing. Save yourself a headache, don't even try to use.
When are you going to renew this app? It is constantly crashing on Androids. What happened to the other first class app? It was at least a little better than this! It would be nice if this county went to another type of emailing system.
Stated bug fixed for attachments, they still didn't open. Options began to disappear. Now, 2 weeks later, the entire app refuses to open.
I'll give it one star rather than the zeros everyone is throwing around, I mean give them credit: the app was smart enough to save me hours of frustration by not letting me log in. :) I guess I'll have to use the 2-star alternative: typing https:/serverURL into a browser.
This app is terrible on androids. It almost never opens & when it does, it doesn't update. If I didn't have to have it for work, I absolutely wouldn't have it on my phone.
Can't get passed the login screen. Entered the correct server address, user name, & password. Nothing happens. Tried 1/2 a year ago and tried again today, same problem.
Useless. Can't enter server address (assuming the search bar looking field is where it's supposed to go). No clear direction. No instructions. Theis app is a joke.
This app is not user friendly and had a horrible interface. The old Firstclass Mobile was much better. Unfortunately no longer available on Android.
Never works on Android phones! Crashes, does not open, freezes, goes offline... Please come up with an Android version fort this app!
old app stopped working and disappeared. this new version will not open and I would like to be able to check my work email on my phone. This app stinks!
This app is horrible. I can't even sign in. There use to be another firstclass app that most people use and have to this day however I cannot find it on google play. This is disappointing as it is the email we use for all teachers.
Always glitchy. A lot of times I can't even open my mail. Honestly it has to be one of the worst email apps ever.
Why not android compatible? I got a new phone and now I can't even access First Class on it. App option is very disappointing after so many years of having thoughly enjoying yhe previous app😞 Even my Tech person at work said there was nothing he could do.
Can't login. my info is correct, err_cleartext_not_permitted shows up every time I try. I have an android phone. the app worked on my old phone.
This application is rubbish. It is always slow and my screen freezes. Is not work.
Had to answer no on all questions because the app will not let you sign in. I rate it at a -5 stars. Cannot even get to my emails for work. Please fix!
this app will not let you log in. my children's school uses this app, and it's very frustrating when it's not accessible..

A 1 because 0 stars isn't an option. App just crashes. It's impossible to even log in.

This hasn't been updated in a year and it hasn't worked reliably since 2015. You'll have to get the old version if you want to be able to actually log in and read your emails. Google "firstclass go open text 1.5 apkpure" and click on the first result. You'll also have to enable installing 3rd party apps in settings to be able to download and install the .apk file, but if you spend the time doing that, it'll still be faster than waiting for this to be updated again. The old versionactually works.
