Can't use fingerprint, can't use pin code. Just keeps resetting like I've never logged in before. Waited a month before complaining. Tired of it. - It's a month later, zero fixes. Can't even login without my phone number, and my phone is turned off, so I can't see my money to pay the bill. Go figure. Thanks for being the worst app ever. I should've known this would be the one I'd choose.
App hasn't worked the last 2 days. Happened last weekend as well. I open it and the screen goes to a blank white page. Green at the top, like it's on the site, but is blank. Cannot login through the app. Give it a 5 when it works but it is frustrating more than not these days.
Fix it, please. The app worked fine until the last update, when it started saying authentication error every time i opened the app. Now i have to sign in with my full (long) password every time. Other than that, it works MOST of the time, but not always. Needs tons of fixes.
The app worked flawlessly for so long until the latest update. Now it says authentication required everytime I log in. I see multiple complaints regarding this issue but no responses and no change to the app or updates coming available. What's the point in having the fingerprint scanner option when we can not use it? Please fix this issue asap or I can promise you will lose about 50% of your current users of this app including myself.
Can never log into this app! I've updated, reinstalled, gone into the bank twice! Simply put, your app is useless!
Love this app,til recently. Try and log in shows loading, when on log page the is white. I've uninstalled then reinstalled. Works awhile does it again. Please through update and soon. Thank you!
Terrible, offers you a pin login but then makes you sign in with your password. Usually a month or so after using your pin so of course you dont remember and it locks you out and tells you to sign in online. THEN you go online and tell it forgot password. It asks for your user id, you enter it and it says WRONG PASSWORD. This is one of many issues. I am gonna throw a party when I close this bank account.
It's absolutely terrible hardly ever works. Always getting unable to process request at this time. This app is worst then the bank itself and I didn't know that was possible!!
I've had to uninstall and re-install this app several times. Keeps going to a white screen, can't log on or navigate the app at all.
It makes me reset my password all the time and freezes up! This is the worst app when people rely on this to see what's in their bank account.
Not live like they say. And not accurate u do see stuff get moved around so they can put something as much as they can ahead of that charge even if it was just a penny over so they can charge the 35 dollar charge. It's all to benefit them and see how much they can squeeze out of u by making u over draft. Just noticed alot don't show up till they see they can make a killing off u somehow then bam there's that finally.

The mobile app that I use on my phone has suddenly stopped working. I cannot get the app to start up. Everything had been working fine up until about two weeks ago. Please fix this problem. I use your app on a daily basis.
When the app opens, it is just a white screen. I do not have any updates available, and I restarted my phone several times.
When the app works, it's great.... But my ap hasn't worked in several days now. With us being out of town, this is very inconvenient.

Can't get the app to work at all on my Moto Z2 Force mobile phone! I just don't understand why this app won't work on my phone but will work on my Laptop with no problems at all!!! Can someone please explain this to me 😠?
Every few days it tells me i need to log in instead of using my fingerprint.This is getting old.

I never have any problems on the app and always guves me the information I need.
The last few updates have ruined this app. The user ID is never saved no matter how many times you select it. There's no reason to set up an alternate login by pass code or fingerprint because it never saves the information long enough to even use it and I'm constantly locked out of my account information.
