The latest update has ruined the app action. The app was running smoothly but after the latest update it has became so irritating. The "ask an expert " part in parenting page is not working at all and whenever I m trying to write something on that portion the whole app stop functioning. The app got hang. Thinking about to uninstall the app.
After u start using it for your little ones you won't like any other app... So many options...Best experience..hope they will provide faster delivery not just in metros but all over India. They should show discounted price so that we don't have to calculate it. Little bit tricky in a way..we have to check which coupon will give maximum discount..
I used to trust this app earlier and bought many items for my little one. Recently I'd a bad experience. I ordered a shoe and it was smaller in size and when I tried to return, they didn't approve my return. How can I shop something when I can't even return if it doesn't fit. I pay delivery charges too. I'm not asking for any favors. Anyways, I won't buy anything from your app in future. Very terrible experience.
The app is amazing, you can find all baby stuff at one place which is extremely convenient. However in this digital era it is not only this app that provides baby stuff. I personally found huge difference in the pricing ,like same product has lower pricing mentioned on Amazon, Flipkart,Myntra and Ajio. Also the vat they charge is according to norms may be but the billing is not like other big players in the market. It appears uneasy when you see GST excluding the products.
I had ordered 2 quantities of the same product and had returned both items due to quality issues. I was under an impression that the company must have processed refund of both items. To my surprise, refund of only one qty has been processed. Such things never happen on amazon and flipkart. Disappointed.
Don't bother ordering from the app or trusting same day delivery etc. It's a scam to force you to order. Once you do, obviously the order doesn't get delivered on time and on top of that, there is no way to contact support to get help. You are stuck with a bot that tells you exactly the details that you already know. If you request for a call back, they say they will call back within 5 days. And this is for a club member. Just imagine for non-member! My suggestion, STAY AWAY
Like the app. Like the Crying Baby animation when you empty the cart. Nice touch. Would like to see a Happy Baby when when purchase is made. :-) Currently it still shows crying baby as cart has become empty while going back. Not a required feature, but would make this app even more lovable. :-)
Overall experience of shopping for kids is very good and time-saving on firstcry. But the return/refund policy is very critical compared to other shopping platforms. First, many items are not returnable. Second, their review process of eligible items for refund OR return is very time-consuming and mostly they reject your request. I know they need to keep pleasing the companies whose products they are selling but customer should be the ultimate person who needs to be satisfied during shopping....
Not about the app but overall first cry experiences are really bad. Some items are very low quality but still expensive by the time you realise that you leve with no option. Also Its customer support is really rude and not willing to help with even a small thing. I myself wont buy anything from it and would not recommend to anyone.
Very bad experience. They don't allow you to speak to customer care even after trying a lot ways.. not at all user friendly. I have provided an address in which one product is delivered but for other products, it's saying address wrong. Is that even serious.. from past 4 days I m getting messages that your order could not be delivered and when reaching out to that number, they will not connect you to someone, but another round of digital conversations. Very frustrating.
It is a scam. I ordered. Car worth 3199 from App and a crawler worth 1999 was delivered. Then call centre is pathetic they are trying to convince it is same.. after fighting with them they concluded that wrong product was delivered but still no refund. The mail says we are investigating. Avoid online shopping on this app unless you want to be taken for ride
My experience with this app is amazing and excellent. Most of the product are nice. But the thing that is not so except able is that the prices of the product are too high , the product are very costly. Otherwise everything is fine.
I have been using first cry from the start and I do almost 98% of kids shopping from fc , its easy to use , good products and great discounts give value for money. It would be good that u mention (gst extra during checkout ) on all product listings.
the buying experience is extremely frustrating. it was supposed to be delivered yesterday still no update by when will it be delivered. The product is in the same city since the order day. still you can't deliver for 4 days. it seems we have done mistake ordering here.
reasonable dresses and good options to buy . You can buy more at comfort from ur home. But only drawback is few category items are non returnable. I ordered an item which has scratch but can't be returned as it is non returnable item but atleast company should recieve feedback on their items so that it doesnt happen again. But there is no option to feedback or resolve the defective item. Also Service charge is high sometimes
I feel I got scammed by your telecalling sales team. I received a call where It was not at all mentioned that the product I am about to order is returnable or not. When I saw the product it was below what I expected. I registered a complaint but nothing happened. This is very Sad. The product was Intellikit 6months program. This is really a bad experience I faced.
I've ordered something for the first time from firstcry and it was the worst experience I've came across they haven't delivered my order on time and the next day i wasn't available to receive the parcel, they cancelled the order. And i didn't get the refund as well. I don't know what kind of service these guys are providing. Anyway this will be the last time am using this idiotic app
A very convenient app with a wide wide range of products. It would be great if there can be an option for having all items of an order delivered together. Edit (march31,2022) - too much of packing material used even for small non fragile items like kids toothbrush! Please come up with "greener" policy . Maybe there could be an option to return/drop off recyclable material like cartons and plastic bags at the store or some other common place
Shopping for kids made easy. But the app should be more faster. It's very slow compared to few other shopping apps. Edit: I tried the suggestion and it improved performance a little. But apps like Flipkart are good with data management even after a lot of updates. So, that's my point. Anyways thanks for responding and it's inevitable that apps gets continuous updates and performance will increase therefore.
By far the best app for kids... wide range and variety of products with great discount is available....user friendly...I am completely dependent on firstcry for both my kids be it dresses, food, diaper, wipes etc... almost everything...easy return and exchange policy is available....till now I haven't faced any issue.... They also have good customer service... Just one issue, whenever there's a return the pickup guy doesn't gives us any receipt of return.
Product quality is really good. Delivery speed is average. I would have given 4 stars but I've given 3 Stars because of the display of their rates. They show different rate and when added to cart sub total is different. All other shopping site put actual price including all the taxes. I mean why to show some price and then charge additional charges in the name of GST? Just put the price including GST so we don't feel cheated atleast while ordering.
Hello!!!! Whats wrong with the app?? What has happened with the team? It was all good.. certain time uselessly products delivered get cancelled.. or any other issue.. it was fine till then ..now the app has started showing problems!! Pages are loading since eternity..they never finish up loading.. please work on it asap. Have been shopping since 2017.. dont spoil it.
App is not well designed. Its not smooth and doesnt behave predictably. FC doesn't have any customer support. they have a digital voice assistant that is useless. You cannot speak to a real person for support. They partner with xpressbees which is the worst in on time delivery. Overall a terrible app. Give it a hard miss. Rely on amazon and flipkart
