Your mobile banking app accepted a check that First Interstate's mobile banking system rejected. When I called them for help they said their system wasn't reading the check so there was no way to deposit it without taking the check to one of their branches. The pictures of the printed check were crystal clear.
This new update is trash, it will not let me log in. It just keeps saying to check and make sure I have the newest update. I JUST UPDATED LAST NIGHT!!! Yall better fix this. UPDATE 09/23/2021 IT STILL ISNT FIXED. I CAN NOT LOG IN. I HAVE TO CALL THE BANK YET AGAIN JUST TO FIND OUT MY BALANCE.
Firstier mobile banking is easy to work with. They let you know if there is any questions about your account. 7/3/21 I used the mobile app today with ease. Was able to complete transaction sitting in my house. Thank you ForsTier.
This app never works, i have to reatart my phone EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I want to check my account, and ive called and been told "not our fault." You app sucks.

App won't load half the time. Very poor in my opinion.... when it works its nice
does mostly what I need it to. would love to be able to do transfers using a routing and account number to other banks.

its easy to use and dont have to use an ATM to check your balance

Laggy and won't display more than balance half the time
i was ok with it but it says I have to update and it won't update and I can't get into my account

The app is fast and i love being ablr to transfer between accounts without having to go in or call the bank. Its crashed on me a few times but when i called the people were really nice and handled everything very fast.
