First Key has trouble with their websites and portals in general. This app is no exception. Payment was fairly easy, but that's about all you can do with this app. Submitting requests, signing documents, anything else is done outside of the walls of this app. Would be wonderful to have all of your marketing revamped and tied together with no loose ends.
This app makes it easy to look at bills and pay them. The only thing that could be better is the ability to set up a payment for a different date. I'd like it if I could set up my rent to come out on a day where I don't need to log in. I don't want auto withdraw as it may be a day I don't have the funds yet.
FirstKey wants you to use their app and they charge you to use it. They want you to pay your utility on their app but there is no specific option, you just put the amount that the utility is and hope it goes towards it. Not enough options. It is simple but extremely generic.
very easy to use. It's not overly complicated. Drop down boxes actually work unlike some other apps I've used. Payments and work orders go through seamlessly.
The maintenance requests are easy to submit and the app is very user friendly. Our requests have always been answered in a matter of days. We appreciate the ease in managing out requests!
Makes paying rent and utilities super easy. Only had to submit 1 maintenance request since moving in (about 6 months ago) and that was easy as can be as well.
App I good and has everything in one place, however, it could be a bit more user friendly. I have to search for certain things when it could be more accessible on the homepage.
I love how I can use this app for maintenance requests, making payments etc, all in one place! Very useful and helpful, easy to use... it's great! Loving it so far
Downloaded app bc the website login wasn't working. App was locked up at first too, but once I was able to get in it worked fine
Super easy to make monthly payments. As well as keeping up with maintenance requests.
The app was much more convenient for requesting maintenance. I will be using it to make payments now too. Convenience goes a long way!
Easy to use once you get 1 time under your belt. An additional step has been added to pay a different amount than what was owed.
Good and User friendly APP! Everything you want and need is right there and easy to access! Strongly Recommend this app if you are a resident !!
Company is a joke. Maintenance issues aren't actually addressed and then are subsequently shown as completed even though they werent. The fact I can all the tickets from the previous tenant of the property I'm renting is laughable. I'm glad the payment portal is functional on the app so they can ensure they get paid but this company couldn't care less about you, your family, or the properties they manage.
It takes too long to load and it keeps giving me the same dumb notifications that I'm sure nobody reads.
Very convenient. Beats waiting on hold. Just wish our rent wouldn't increase by $100.00, each year.
The app is great! I don't not like the fact that I'm being charged $7.00 administration fee and a 3.95 service fee.
As a new tenant, and having owned and not rented in a very long time, the app has been fairly simple to use so far.

Very frustrating user experience. The app shows my checking account but never allows me to select it for payment. I have called about this issue to customer service 3 times now- they always send me to the payment department who can never solve the issue and when they try to transfer me to another department, their system hangs up on me! Every time. This is after talking to their customer service for 20-30 mins each time while they explain that they can't fix it.
