App has been great for quite some time. No issues until latest update (5.6.18). App won't accept my credentials. The same credentials that my browser accepts. Wouldn't let me reset password via app. Issue remaining after a app storage clear and reinstalling. Otherwise, it's been great. I'll be using my browser until it's fixed. *edit* App has been patched and is working smoothly. Thanks for the update and support. Cheers.
Its not a bad app, even with the new update. I can do the main things I need to do like check my accounts or transfer money. The only annoying part about the new update is while youre scrolling through your transactions a new feature allows you to swipe from the left and bring up the main menu, but it pops up every time I scroll up. All in all a decent banking app.
App is nice to have on your phone for quick access to your accounts. But I hate that I have to login 2 times or more just to get in 😠. Sometimes the app just stops working due to "Errors" and I have to go thru the website to access my account. If the app keeps making it hard for me to login then I'll just delete it and go thru the website from now on
Very useful, easy to navigate.
I wish I could get text messages every time my debit card is used. Firstmark doesn't have this option.
I love banking at FirstMark. They are great! But app stopped taking my password like alot of other people have deecribed. I have to go through the whole secure access everytime i want to get in and wait for them to send me a secure code. It wont save it. Tried talking to someone at the bank about it but they said it was probably my phone. I deleted app, got it again, started over, and got a new phone- still making me go through the secure code access each time I want to get in. Hope they can fix
App is no longer accepting my log in. Says access denied. So I logged on online through browser. Everything accepted. App is really Convenient so this is disappointing. Hopefully the problem gets fixed sooner than later. Would love to have se the app again. I also uninstalled the app and re installed. Nothing changed, still not working.
Transaction alerts used to be delivered immediately. Now it takes several DAYS to receive an alert. The option to select push notifications cannot be enabled for some reason. It says to "download the app." Please resolve this issue.
The app is easy to install and easy to follow once you are in your account. However, EVERY TIME, every single time it makes you reenter your password... its another step..... uhg, that's frustrating when you have already asked your device to remember you... uhg, I dont like inconvenience everytime.
This has got to be the worst app I've ever had on my phone. It's always getting worked on and the connectivity errors happen so much!!!no it's not my phones problem. Everything else works perfectly. It's this app
Friendly staff and helpful service. Recently I needed assistance with the app on my phone. I could pull up my personal account but not the business accounts. I took my phone into the branch on I-35 and they helped get me up and running. I have been a member for fourteen years. Highly recommend!
good at first. Then it would not allow me to sign in due to an error. Ended up deleting the app and going to relaunch it again. I have not logged in into my account for months because of this issue..
HORRIBLE!!! It will not resend my username, so I can get a pass code to sign into my account. I called and spoke with a representative and instead of handling it for me over the phone, she had me go online, which was extremely unsuccessful. I've tried signing in on my Android phone and my iPad without success. I'm going in person to resolve this matter, which will be so inconvenient. SMH!
App was working fine then all of a sudden it won't accept my passcode or password. Went through the website, changed my password, still won't let me log into the app. Such an inconvenience!
This is one of the worst online banking apps. It's extremely complicated to change recurring transactions and just keeps taking you back to the same screen. Hate it!
Like the app, most of the time it is very easy to use. I do not like the lime green color as background for codes. It is very hard to read with lime green color & white lettering. Go back to the dark Navy Blue
Very professional and very helpful
With the new update it is impossible for it to accept pictires for a mobile deposit. I am taking the pictures the same way I always have and will now have to drive 21 miles one way to make a deposit. This worked fine until the new upgrade. It is now so useless I need to change to a new bank closer to me.
It's horrible rn cause I used to have no problem opening the app to look at my account, but now I can't even login cause it says false information that Isn't true & won't let me open the app cause I'm not the primary account holder. The older version was way better!!
its a great app the only thing it needs is a place where you can dispute charges...
Overall has been a good app for a while. Recently though, it would not allow me to login due to an "unknown error" I had to uninstall then reinstall to get it to work again, has worked so far.
I like it when it works correctly. It seems to have issues with the 4 digit pin or finger print. That gets annoying since I left using that to my password.
Does not let me login I had the old app and it worked just fine now I get to where a put in the code and a new password and then get hit with there was a problem please try again later I've already un and reinstalled this app it's just frustrating already to not be able to check my account balance I have to drive into town just to wait I line at the bank someone please help
It is super helpful to be able to check my balances, invoices, and things like that without having to open up a separate window on my laptop.
Online services not working after 9/23 update I can't log on, forgot password prompt not working. I called them and they said they're having problems with it but no solution. I think I have to get a whole new bank!
The app is sturdy. I like the different color designations for each account. The bill pay could be improved. Overall, I like it.
This app works quite well I haven't run across any problems yet, the only issues I have these days are going into the facilities trying to get help there. Even though I ran into a problem the 1st time I went in to open my account At least the people have been pleasant to deal with I can't say the same everywhere else.
