Never really used this one

This app won't allow you to paste in your account credentials, so it effectively blocks password managers like LastPass and 1Password. It also clears the credential fields if you switch to another app. In order to use this app, I either have to use a simpler password I can type in from memory, or write my password onto a piece of paper. Thanks for making me less secure.

Only good for checking acct balance. tried twice to deposit check ended up calling customer service to see if it went thru. they told me don't understand why it didn't Work.i followed instructions correctly they told me to just take it in to branch,so much for convenience, hopefully they fix the bugs and I'll rate it higher

Probably not going to use a banking app that doesn't let me log off. BIG problem! I've been waiting for free mobile check depositing for years like my other banking apps. Not sure why FM is so far behind in this. Please update this app to be really useful.

This app doesn't always let you log in, and when it does you can't mobile deposit checks. Checking balance is fine, but I can also do that on a computer. Im considering changing banks since most branches have closed by me and app doesn't work.

Only good thing about this app is that it allows you to check your account balance and past transactions. If you switch apps, it will log out and close itself. It doesn't show which transactions are on hold on main transaction page. I have rotate OFF on my phone, it still rotates. None of my other apps do that. App will not save your password so if you want to check your balance, you have to type it in every time. Hopefully when FirstMerit fully merges with Huntington, we'll get a half-decent app.

Really hate this ap, doesn't work well, freezes. Wait forever to do anything. No log out like on my old phone, it's scarry to know if I really logged out. I have another bank and that ap is amazingly fast. Fix it please!

No point keeping this on my phone. It works when you first install. Go to her UT later, you get black screen, have to uninstall it and reinstall it everytime. Not very user friendly. When it does work, it's great.

Galaxy s3. Logs in fine the first time and functions correctly, but never works afterwards. All you can see is a black screen.

As stated above. The application is not compatible with Android N. I have been unable to use the mobile application for about 3 months now.

On my phone I can only use the app once then I have to redownload in order to use it again. This has been an issue for a long time.

Easily the worst app I've used. Slow, lags, non-intuitive navigation, logs out when multi-tasking, frequently just stops doing anything. Straight garbage. Needs a complete rewrite from a competent developer.

Do not bank here! Transactions take 2-3 days to post to your account. Haven't been able to use my card for a few days so I stop in and was told I reported my card lost so they issued a new one. I did no such thing. They did not seem bothered. Who requested that? They don't know and don't really care. I took a cashiers check there to cash, nope can't cash but you can deposit and maybe have access to it in a few days!? Horrible horrible bank will be switching as soon as I know all charges are through.

App does not open at all. Just shows a black screen when trying to open. Before i updated this app it worked fine. Donot update this app

You need to check out the Chase app, that's how it's done right. The warning that I'm using a non-system keyboard is very annoying. Sorry I switched banks now.

Downloaded this app and opened it, works on first try, then won't open after that.

I had this on my old phone worked great got a new phone added removed it added it again and it still won't work I can't do anything but look at things and even then it's not up to date deleted again!

Have to keep deleting and reinstalling because it won't up load. There needs to be an update I've had it for over a year and probably installed 80 times hoping one day it would be better. Nope have yet to happen

I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app several times lately. It does not want to open.

Worked the first time, now it tells me that my information can't be verified.

This app was good at first but now it barely works. It lets me open it one time and then every other time is a black screen and wont open up.

The app works well enough. Photographing checks can be cumbersome and not always successful, but, when it works, it's good.

The app loads when it feels like it. I can have perfectly good service or be connected to Wi-Fi and sometimes I just can't log in. It's extremely frustrating.

After the splash screen it quits. Used to work.

Its awful. I click on the app and my whole screen turns black and the app shuts down.

This app takes way too long to load. Not time saving or convenient at all.

No issues here, on the go account balance, as well as deposit functions work almost flawlessly. Very convenient!

The only thing it lets me do is check my bank balance and transaction statement!
