The app does not care about my search parameters of distance and country. Also minimum search distance you can select is 40 km. Thats too much. Has a cool browse feature instead of swiping, but doesn't find anyone that is from my country, so its useless to me.
The app worked fine at first, then it wouldn't let me log onto the site. I have written several emails, still not working. When you fix it I will change the rating. When you pay for something you hope it works. Update 1/18 Still no response, still can't log into app.
It's ridiculous worked GREAT after paying for the subscription the first 3 weeks! And now for the last month I can't get in! I've uninstalled then reinstalled it spoke via email with the company they said to hit FOGOT PASSWORD and follow the link emailed to me and NOTHING happens when I hit send to change password. I then emailed them again with this NEW problem and NO RESPONSE! ridiculous!
I wish no stars was possible. Created account with email. Downloaded app. Unable to log in. Delete app and retry. Nothing. Attempt to log in through an associated app. No! Delete and redownload app again. Still unable to log in, reset password, etc.
Waste of time. I applied originally looking for new friends and when I deactivated my account online, and on the APP, it never removed my account. In fact I'm still getting notifications Weeks later in my email. I'm not interested in paying for an app that spams me with BOTS or other accounts that are not in my area specified.
I paid for a six month subscription and never was able to message, receive messages or get in to my account. I've tried connecting with this site, but there's no phone number so now i had to call my credit card number to make a complaint and try to get my money back. If first met would get this corrected and i was not locked out of my account i would not be asking for my money back but they are not doing anything to try to correct the problem. PHONE NUMBERS ARE IMPORTANT!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. this site is horrible, nobody uses it and most messages are just spam... then the crooks that run the app have auto-renew which you cant turn off on the app they dont provide a way to remove it.. i had to go on desktop to cancel then a few months later they charged me anyway. they also dont respond to emails...
Why cant I log in????? Yesterday the app was working fine. I added another recent photo to my profile (nothing unusual) then not long after, it logged me out. Dosnt matter what I do, It keeps saying 'failed to log in, please try again'. Try signing up again, says im already a member lol, uninstalled & reinstalled app, still no luck. I've been trying to get back in since it logged me out. Don't you want genuine people on your site??
This is not user friendly. You get hits from every Tom, Dick, and Harry clearly that dont read profile's. This prevents you from finding a prospect you may connect with. Heads up if you're interested in someone get a free text free number or Google free number . That way you can block them if they aren't the one. Again got unwanted dick pictures and a phyco stalker! The app does not screen for fraudulent information with profiles. Try for yourself.
I tried this app a while back. I tried to cancel before the free trial was over. They are STILL taking money from my bank account. They make it really complicated to get in to cancel or talk to anyone in charge.
Can't get it to function properly. Haven't met anybody on it. Got messages but can't read them. Like I'm some of the other sites if you watch the ads you can at least look at the profiles can't get your messages without money. But oh, well, that's the hazards of being poor.
Create an account, create password, save password in Google, close app, try to login again, use the saved password that was created. Cant login lol. Try to change password through email. "please check your email". No email is received after multiple tries. Go to play store, uninstaill, move on with life, never look back.
Not sure if anyone on this one is real. After I cancelled the automatic payment for renewal the app basically stopped sending anything new. Don't waste your time and money.
The site is okay but,it seems like it has a low subscription rate because,all I get is icebreakers like no one is subscribed.It has to be a way to to accept messages from subscribers only!Also,I got over 60 messages but,when I clicked to chat with them,it said,deactivated their account.This happens with 80% of the messages I get.Something aint right!!
App needs more work to it as I tried creating an account after problems signing in with a previous account and still no luck. It was a waste of time so ended up uninstalling it.
Well I've connected with probably a dozen women 2 or 3 I'm still chatting with all but 2 are in the USA it's like they all have USA phone numbers but want to chat on hangout app their in Ghana Africa and now looking to cancel my subscription is a challenge still trying.
Terrible i can't get in to my account. Log in not working saying my password is wrong. Then they say they will e mail me new password and I never received it. Only on 2 dsys . I paid for upgrade like an idiot because I'm bored. And they are asking me to upgrade when the money is out of my account already. Worthless money gone. Showing me women in other states. 0 stars
I tried to sign in to my account through Facebook and normal comes with saying error or log in failed I reported this so many times it takes the weeks to get back to me And they never sorted out the problem This has happened so many times lost count When I ask for the password for my account to be sent to my email I never received it I tried asking lists of times My password does not get sent to my email address when I request it to do that The service its disgusting That u get
I became a paying member and now when I try to follow the instructions on how to stop my membership the icon I'm supposed to click isn't there in my app :( called my phone carrier and they can't help...lots of spam on this sight...I found a link to cancel in my legal terms and conditions....then once I clicked there every was as described :)
I got booted out now can't get back in. Signed up with 3 emails cant get into 1. What up. Then says wrong password. Send for password reset and get nothing. Otherwise good app. Please help. I have ice breakers but cant get in to read them.
This is not good at all. I won't say it's horrible, but there is definitely a problem. First ,whether it is the app or the website there are MANY times where the site doesn't show the pictures when going through Are You Interested? How can I be if I can't see the pictures? No freebies, such as if you and another person choose each other you can at least text.
