The app is a good one though it has some shortcomings which include the fact that sometimes it takes eternity to open which is very frustrating especially when there seem to be an emergency. Another thing is the fact that one is unable to save or share transations whenever he wishes except it's immediately after a transfer. I think if that feature that allows one to download or share transactions both depit and credit at any time is added to the app, it will help alot.

Well, I think there is still much work to be done on this FirstMobile. 1) It doesn't load fast. 2) It doesn't really make any sense that during registration after accepting all the terms and conditions, you still have to be doing that each time you want to sign in. It is quite frustrating and make it dull for me to use the App. Once the terms and conditions are accepted, it shouldn't be poping up anymore. Kindly review and fix the necessaries. Thank you!

This would have been a great app if not for one major annoyance. Using the search feature for saved beneficiaries is hit and miss. Most times I am forced to enter beneficiary details from scratch even when I have saved the beneficiary. This has been the case since the release of the new updated app and I don't understand why FBN has not been able to fix this more than 1 year after. It would be nice to be able to generate transaction receipts for old transactions.

My trusted partner when it comes to online transactions and the best banking experience online. Still would like it if the fingerprint lock be made optional instead of compulsory. I had to edit my review because i don't know what happened to this great app I could no longer carry out transactions because my account has been declared off even after confirming it was on. Cleared data and no changes.

I can't make any transaction with this app. Can't transfer, can't pay for anything, I can't even purchase airtime. For some reason only known to its developers, the user cannot select account to debit, thus hindering transactions. I have tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, no improvement. Please fix your app or let customers know it isn't working anymore. Thank you

Frustrating ,since Sunday I've not been able to log into the app and I later found out that the app has been updated automatically by my phone due to my settings and I kept on trying until I decided to delete it and then want to reinstall, but I think it's the worst choice and mistake I made. Now I can't even download from the play store anymore it's just pending. Oh God why this period that I we have a lot of transactions! Please do something ASAP😑

Honestly, I love First Bank but as old and large as this bank is, using the latest version of your banking app really drives me crazy. The app is so frustrating that it takes so much time to open, and it's even worse when you try to minimize and return to the app, even on a 3gb ram device. You need to change your app development team because they definitely don't know what an app responsiveness is. Please work on your app. Selah!

This app has managed to ruin Christmas for me. I can't make any purchases with my app, it wasn't loading for about 4 days, when it finally opened yesterday, I couldn't access my statement and I can't make any transfer. It gets hooked at "Select Account". No option whatsoever. It's so terrible. I've complained to customer care and they asked me to install Lit by first bank app, another terrible app that hasn't been working. I hate this so much. Thanks for running my holidays I guess.

This App is so so slow or sluggish in carrying out certain operations. The problem being that First Bank hardly update it. I do come here regularly to check for undates but I haven't seen any on the app for over 3 to 4 months. After putting your password to login it will take another 2 minutes loading and in many cases it will bring up an error message that your activity is timed out. Then you will start afresh. I also used other banking apps like the UBA app which very fast and efficient.

This app is so annoying. It keeps closing and stops working each time I try to log in. I am only limited to the quick access part where I can't even do much. I have gone to the bank with my gadget several times but they are clueless to what the problem might be. All they tell me is update the app or delete and reinstall app which I have done over and over again but get same result. The older app never gave me issues.

FirstMobile is a very good app, good user interface and can do almost anything. But firstbank has the worst network of any bank I've ever seen. Out of 10 times, the app will refuse to load your data 6/7 times. Sometimes it'll be non responsive for hours. Only if you know how disturbing that can be. Fix your network issues! It's been going on for too long.

So I had to review my review😏. You guys, this app does not make it possible to get and download a transaction receipt after you miss saving it the first time. That is very ancient. Other banks let you re-download your receipt any time need arises. Plus, it hangs when loaded, and for too long. And the scary one is seeing error messages at the middle of a major transaction. Yes, the app is good. But let's fix these things, shall we?

Poor user experience First bank I must say you guys perform badly with this app. Firstly, your regular ad after login is rather unnecessary. Stop showing me an ad I have seen already. Second, certain functionalities doesn't always work. I viewed my history and all of a sudden it can't seem to load again. I tried emailing it, it says email is sent to my email but I received none. Thirdly, your developers should do better to stop programmatic error messages being displayed to your customers.

This app recently became very terrible. I just can't seem to log in every time I attempt to. Keep showing error messages when othe bank app on my phone is working very perfectly. Things took a turn for the worse after the last update as things has not been as worse as this before. Very terrible user experience. First Bank need to do something to this app as soon as possible. You are transaction record system (including receipt generating) are very poor. You can't go back and re-save a receipt? Why not allow screenshot then?? I just made a transaction and mistakenly clicked on done instead of view receipt (for saving & sharing) now after going back I can neither screenshot nor save the receipt as I need it for sharing. In fact, the receiving end was not credited and I was debited. YOU NEED TO DO AN UPGRADE.

This app is great and easy to use. I so much love the new UI, thumbs up! However, there is a clause. The "remark/narration" section for transactions needs to be revisited. Why? Because you cannot add special characters, like comma, full stop, space and others to your remarks. So, your narration forms a single word, since you cannot space between words. Please, kindly look into and fix this.

The only good change about this mobile app is the interface. I can't get accurate transaction history (most of which is missing) and sometimes comes with wrong date of transaction, can't get or print my statement of account, can't access my beneficiaries and or add a new one. The mobile app is to avoid making unnecessary trips to the bank. This is both annoying and tiring. FIX IT!

The app is really good. I suggest that your regular update will enable the app to store and retrieve the account numbers of previous transactions within the app. At least one does not need to go through the stress of copying account numbers from outside the app. Better still, make the account numbers of transaction history retrievable for the purpose of making subsequent transactions easy. I thought I was the only experiencing this since my last update. - First the app doesn't allow one to view transaction history anymore, which is very sad. - Secondly, some folks are complaining of not been able to take screenshot. yes I noticed that too. but i think the option for saving transaction receipt is still ok. the former is the problem that need urgent rectification.

Well, I must say that this app just outdid me, and not in a good way, mind. I updated the app, and to my alarm and utter consternation, I discovered I was unable to download receipts of transfers, no matter what I tried. The previous version did so just fine. Also, the "report a problem" section, or whatever other name it bears, leaves a lot to be desired. When the "Write a message" segment does not contain more characters than the "Subject" segment, what exactly am I expected to write?

FirstMobile used to be one of the best banking apps. Lately, I found out that one can no longer check transaction history as was the case with the previous versions of the app. The previous versions allowed the user to input two dates (beginning and end date) for transaction history. Please reinstate this option in the app to get 5 stars.

Please fix the date range so we can view historical transactions. The app only allows you to view the current month. Das all. It will allow you to select the dates for 2 months ago, for example, but it won't show anything. Maintain something with the Maintenance Fee you are charging. It's not rocket science, please! It's 2021 already. And once notifications have been viewed, why are the numbers still showing as if they are new notifications? Una no dey use Facebook? Or Twirra?

This is the most stupid app I have ever used, I have been having issues for the past two weeks,I can transfer or do any transactions on this app. I have called customer care several times, and send emails but no response, and none of restart can help me, it's so annoying and frustrating. I can't even wait to change the bank of the problem persist. No good customer services.

This app is getting worse with every update. After doing factory reset on my phone due to other issues. Decided to install the new version of FirstMobile app. When i Iaunch the app for activation I get the message 'You have reached a maximum device limit of 10'. I have only used two device my entire life thus far so I wonder what kind of error message is this. Edited: Thanks for the quick response, i will do as directed.

To me, they deserve no single star at all... They can't be of any help to you. Very, very slow loading the app. Can even take ages to open. Can't hope in firstmobile app for quick transaction because you definitely end up being disappointed. It's high time first bank work on this app because it's very disturbing, annoying and very embarrassing.

I wouldn't have given the star if not for the fact that giving the star would be the only way for me to get access to lay this complain. I have been having an error message "an error has occurred, please try again later", I tried all I could to do update but it wouldn't let me. So I had to uninstall the app, and when I was reinstalling it it wouldn't reinstall and kept popping an error message too. Honestly, this is frustrating!

Worst update ever. I have been using your previous app for years without any problem but ever since I update to this your latest version, it has been so so frustrating. The apps won't load on time, plus you'll likely get error on your first 3- 4 attempts to transact. You have to try and try again, it waste time and sometimes ended up being double transaction.

Hello, since like two months now, I've not doing transfer as easy as it was. The network as been some how to that extent that if needed to do any transfer, I will need try over and over again even for like a week and at times, when it's successful, there will be no receipt to show for. Note: I have been using this app for long and it wasn't like that, but of a sudden, it started. Especially when it comes to sending a token to stanbic, even the transfer I did last to UBA wasn't successful on app Alert claimeclaimed it was. Yet no receipt .....
