Twice in the past two weeks I needed two officers of my bank branch to basically jump through hoops for me just so that I could deposit my paychecks. I understand upgrades in security are necessary but they shouldn't have to be that hard!! Also bank should let us all know if/when system is down before we try to log onto account!!
Crashes multiple times a week, every week. Sometimes refuses to open, sometimes opens but immediately freezes. Very annoying.
Worst app ever used to work now it doesn't have the time tells you to call in and then you get the worst automated system ever hard to navigate no live people or customer service at all probably will withdraw all my money and go to another bank nothing but problems with this bank for 10 years
checks unlike other banks are rejected if not endorsed "deposited at 1st national..." pic function is not as dependable as other apps. on a positive note, phone reps have always been attentive abs pleasant
Was an ok app now every once in a while i try to tap on the app and it is completely unusable even after i re-download it very inconvenient

Does not work at all does not load use to work be it was updated in December.
Purchase stamps so I didn't have to write on the back of the check and it refuses to take it most of the time and now I have to go in hand right my endorsement on back

The app won't even let me login, saying that my password is invalid when in fact I can log on the pc version just fine
This app was great when it first launched but the past month or so, presumably after the last update, it works the first few times it's used then it no longer launches. To get it to work again requires uninstalling the app and re-installing. A real inconvenience especially if you happen to be in an area with weak or limited connectivity when it happens. I'm running it on an Andriod platform. Hoping the issue gets resolved soon. I use the app frequently - several times a week, if not, daily.
