This app is amazing, my research led me to this app after several stress of getting token. I read the comments before downloading and I was discouraged at first, but still go ahead because I need the to generate token at all cost. I went ahead and download, I generate token without stress and no money was deducted as for now, I don't know later o😁. Keep up the good work 👍

I will give this app a 5 star. For over 1hr, I was stuck on how to make a transfer which required a token until my search brought me to this app. After reading all the negative reviews I got discouraged not until I gave it a second thought, after all, what is the worst that can happen? I finally downloaded it and registered! Boom 💥 I was able to make 3 transactions within 6 minutes.

I could not despite multiple attempts manage to activate the app. The resultant error message: "Error Processing Data, Please Try Again Later" is the worst I've ever encountered. It gives no clue as to what the reason for the failure is. Please troubleshoot and fix urgentl

Very useless app. It says you should enter OTP which is sent to your phone number. Whereas it sent nothing. I have been trying for the past two weeks. I cannot access my credit balance! I cannot make payments. Very useless App. This App should be removed from Google Store. It is horrible!!!!

Just activated the app. I think the idea behind the app is great in that i don't need to carry a hard token with me. However what i don't like is that they deduct N1575 from my account without telling me before hand. this should have been mentioned. if it's a paid app, say so upfront, instead of dipping money into my account just because you can. To me this is STEALING and I'm upset because of this. Its my money and i deserve to know before hand if I'll be charged for it.

Don't fall victim. Don't download. Don't use.! Not functional. Keep saying error fetching data. Meanwhile, bank already deducted money for activating this app. Yet, I have a hard token device that they stopped recognising the generated numbers. Customer service asked me to use this soft token app. Now, after debiting my account for it, it is NOT working. Very sad.!

I experienced that this app is no longer available for the customers as I was trying to get my token since yesterday but it keeps saying "error in verifying card details try again". I tried til I became tired. I was asked to provide my debit card number and pin which I have done that but still showing same thing. I'm actually frustrated.

The app works perfectly. I was almost discouraged from installing it after seeing all the negative reviews. Please, it works well and saved me a lot of stress going to bank to get hard token and I facilitated a transaction with it already. Thanks.

I couldn't do anything on the app. When you fill the ATM number and pin it will just display error message try again. I've tried countless times but all to no avail. Please work on the app.

first Bank this is one of worth software created. for the past three days i have been trying to activate it and the same story error in processing. pls remove it or correct it, though i read people complained the same since last year yet you can't solve the problems. pls solve before the mighty become the itom.

This firstToken or what they call it is not function well at, infact I am blaming myself of using it. It greatly dissapoint me, even it affect my business. Whenever I generated the TOKEN number and copied, pasted on my Firstmobile app, it displays authentication failed. Since 10months ago, I dont bother myself to use it because is of no use.

Very poor app. For 5 days, I have not been able to creat soft token and even in the bank, their transfer network was not going at all. This has stopped all my business transaction for about a week. This app is not worthy of being in Google play store.

If you can avoid this app and everything to do with the bank. Instead of making banking easier, the bank aims to fraustrate their customers and more. Moreso the are quite clueless as to provide solutions to problems with their apps and other services.

The token which worked perfectly with my old Nokia 3.1 is cumbersome in my new Samsung A02 .It does not give option to paste the number generated by the token . My customer care told me to write the number into paper and type the numbers within 30 seconds . What a disappointment ?

Useless App repeatedly asked for Debit Card number & PIN despite entering them correctly . Very frustrating and time wasting to transfer money. It needs to be looked into .

It has never worked for me and I had tried it without numbers. It used to bring error process each time I typed in my ATM DEBIT CARD NO AND PIN. I don't understand what has wrong. Please, try to put me through. Thanks

This app is completely useless. it allows me full setup but will not allow me to login afterwards. i have done everything including removing all security locks on my Google Pixel 2 but still. First Bank please fix the embarrassing app.

Totally first rubbish i ever seen completely waste of time and data i kept installing and uninstalling may be it was my network before i discovered it was totally rubbish app Keep telling me error creating ur otp for weeks even in two different states 0% for them

I mistakenly updated my First Bank online mobile app, and the new version came with First Token. The Token is not working. Always showing error. Please kindly bring back the old version. I cant make any transfer or buy airtime. Thanks

It's okay now. The recent update of March 12, 2019 must have fixed the bug that prevented us from acrivating the token. I've reactivated my token, and is working fine. I give it 5 star.

Last updated March 2019!!! Rubbish! Soft token developed by an elementary IT Software Developer. Same thing over and over 'error processing data'. Why can't people get simple things done better by seeking experts in these things. Till date no one is critically interested in fixing the nonsense. Besides a FirstBank mobile banking app you can't generate real time statement or search a particular transaction. Whomsoever that matters should simply get this Soft Token and other issues fixed. Tut!

Actually I gets to realize That this apps helps alot, at first when I started using the firstmobile and I was new to it and the limit was somehow okay and later on when I became an first bank agent the available limit wasn't enough, I find it too difficult to cope until when someone told me about it

This is poorly designed. Upon updating my phone to the new Android OS 9,the keypad on the token stopped working despite having the latest version of the app

"Error Creating User" This is the message I keep getting when I tried to set up the app..I'm tired already. It's totally a waste of time and data. First bank should do better.

Absolutely wonderful. When i learnt about the processes to getting a token in the bank, I was discouraged till I came across this app. It totally made my transactions seamless and fast. Kudos to the Firstbank team.

Misplaced my hard token, instead of giving me a replacement, I was advised to get this app. Activating app is the worst I have seen of any. Still can't activate. Plz give me replacement hard token first bank. Plzzzzzzz

Works fine but I don't know the purpose yet, I need to verify my card on a certain app, that app asks for my card number then password, then sends a code to my phone number which I don't have access to. I hope this token can give me something i can use.

This app is really amazing. After reading all the negative reviews here I got discouraged, I however tried it out and it worked perfectly well. Please go ahead and use it, don't mind the negative reviews, they may be right but it work amazingly for me.

Error processing data please try again, this is always the error message I received when ever I tried to register for this app, pls advice as soon as u resolve, bcos I can't transfer large value without going to ur branch, I need soft token urgently

well the only error i got was that my phone is rooted and asked if i should continue which i did.. y only disappointment is the 1500 deducted from my acount without appropriate consent.. but overall, i used it and it worked so well.. no negative comment..
