Cannot give it a zero. Constantly to reconfigure my OTP Device and getting set back up is a nightmare. Have now been locked out for 2 weeks and cannot resolve despite multiple reinstalls and reconfigurations. Complete waste of time
I refuse to use my personal phone for work. The system takes numerous times to log in. You can not copy and paste to code. I would love to give it less than one star. I have wasted so much time to try to log in to pay off cars. Someone who worked at a dealership should have tried this procedure before you made up use this process.
Worthless push at yet another security layer by a paranoid and uncoordinated IT leadership who can't fix the basic network problems affecting the company. I now have three different apps to control access to the same systems.
Horrible. I cannot access this anymore out the blue after it was working. No 1 can seem to help and I cannot access the platform my company is paying for to conduct business. This is very frustrating and they need to come up with a better solution if you want to keep your accounts.
This has been worst experience with the App. Every thing was working fine, when we were getting OTP PIN on phone. Since this app came in, everything has come to end. Unable to login and use app. Please fix this.
Should have feature to work in max power saving mode. It is one of the important app in phone. Once phone is in max power saving mode app is not visible in the list.
So far so good. The reason for my 3 stars is that I'm not very happy about having to install a company app on my personal phone so that I may access FIS sites for work.
Our FIS applications at work require authentication every 15 minutes, so we get LOTS of practice
Worst app ever...have no option to give less than 1 else i would have given that. Have no option to sign in if the FIS authenticator installed phone is not working..simply ask for QR code
Worst app/process I have ever experienced. It never works and it takes me several attempts to login.
Not a good app at all. Frequently hangs and doesn't accept the token generated on several occasions.
Can not get access to login in as it had to be unistalled and reinstalled. Now can not get a pin to accesss stuff for work....would give negative 5 if i could
Times out literally just sends me to the scan a code page I've already done that and my log in won't let me get another bar code to scan.
Very very bad experiance , Cant login takes 15-20 try to login, sometime doesnt even login Then try to login on next days, Very Annoying.
It does not open anymore. Get message that app stopped. Sent feedback - please correct issue.
10/23/21 16:00 I'm an FIS manager. This application no longer functions. Error message on application launch is "Authenticator is stopped".
DOESNT WORK 90% OF TIME. help desk incapable of troubleshooting in under 5 days. Huge productivity loss.
The token does not get accepted in single sign on site. Gives error every time the OTP from the authenticator is used. Very inconvenient
Worked fine until the latest update. Now the app won't start. Using Microsoft authenticator instead
Awesome features. You can also group accounts for multiple URLs, which isn't provided by other authenticator apps.
backup import not working even input the correct pin. the web cant be accessed. where i should report this error ?
Authenticator keeps stopping. Not able to login to FIS because this application doesn't start!
OTP always fails. Even reconfiguring the OTP device is a hassle because this too always fails...

Worst app for authentication, application data automatically deletes after application update and worst thing there ia jo option to sync the token.
Frequently gets hanged. Not moving to the next screen.
Allows you to edit the hash after it scanned in or entered, no app lock, if you care about security this app is not for you.
Not working any more after the update just stuck at grey screen.
This application has stopped working suddenly. The moment I click to open, it just doesn't and shows a message that app has stopped working. I reinstalled this app, but it again worked for a day only. This way it's gonna be tiresome to work with this app, as I'll not be able to login toy tools till it opens and gives me the otp.
