Based on money...over powered characters,,if you want to win expect to spend real money..An ranked an event gacha are a joke an still requires to spend alot money...for rich people only...all in all great game but as always about money...expect to lose against players with overpowered characters even if u out rank them with power an level many folds over...
Super amazing game it even made me watch the anime after years of me playing many of other Fist of the North games. Recently I haven't been very lucky with the gacha. Really good game though
Game was great when it first came out. Now that a year has past and a lot of characters have been released and two crossovers which were very cool. The power creep of every new character that comes out is more OP than the last. Makes the game and certain events not enjoyable.
This game represent my childhood! About the game I can say that is fair enough.....I didn't spent any money and I have some of the top tier character! As every game if you spend, you got something more but as far I have seen it's very balanced and you can enjoy the game without spending....it only takes a little more time but understandable!
One of the best games I've played in a while. It's a lot of fun. Doesn't consume too much time if you're in a rush. Premium currency is easy to save. All new gacha events have guaranteed rewards. Including the new character after around 60 pulls. All in all, great game. Highly recommended.
Loved the game until recently. it crashes all the time especially during gotcha pulls. don't know why this is happening now
The chance of getting a new character is so small to a point where the game becomes stressful rather than enjoyable
The game is CONSTANTLY crashing, especially when it's trying to download data. I've lost gacha resources because the game has crashed trying to download for the summon and when I'm able to get back into the game I've only pulled 2 characters out of the 10 I was supposed to get!
Fuming aint the word game keeps closing for no reason! Needs sorting asap. Was a 5* but with me missing out on daily loot from challenges. Deffo a 1* at this time.
Absolutely love this game brings back nostalgic moments of the show !:) Keep up the great job!
Was really hype for the release of this game. Lately there have been too many crashed issues and few glitches also. Pay to win has been a tradition to all games lately. Gonna give it another 1 month. After that it will go to the pits.
I am enjoying the game very much! The team takes care of the players and resolves issues very quickly!
I like it a lot so far - feels fun captures the sense of the anime in a great way.
Love the game, it looks great and I've been a big fan of Fist of the North Star. I rated two stars only because of the Connection Error issue. The internet or wifi on my end is good and stable. I really do love the game and would love to keep playing it, but I cant get passed the Connection Error. Havent made it to the title screen in a while. Please fix! Edited: it's now unplayable for me
I really like this game. I like leveling up the characters and playing through the story mode. I thought the opening tutorial was great. Showing you how to play the game while waiting for the game to finish downloading was clever. I only have 2 things I would like to see added/fixed. I would really like it if you would add the option to turn on the blood effects. The original anime had it and that's what made it edgy. Second is a crashing bug when accessing training in the guild menu.
Had a great time with the game until I had to change phones. The transfer data feature is incredibly vague from what I saw. It would be much better if you simply created an account/login and data is saved. So, as a result, I couldn't carry over content whatsoever. A level 55 account down the drain. So I won't be installing or playing again, it was a decent time waster for a bit. Started pretty modest, but then gradually became a SEVERE grind that beckoned your $ to continue on.
The graphics are excellent for a mobile game, filled with characters from the anime, and plenty to do. Absolutely pay-to-win, a lot of the events are pay-to-play (and we're taking a lot of money to be worth doing). When I made one premium currency purchase that didn't materialise (during a timed event), 72 hours later they cancelled my purchase and apologised for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service team.
I downloaded the game could play. But when I restarted the game it is stuck connection error. Data transfer failed. I did not initiate a data transfer. It also say try again and check your connection. Please fix the game. I would like to gave a high review. Further troubleshooting of the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I still get the same error message. Must be on the server side.
Ok first of all props to the developers for even attempting this. Uninstalling due to its massive size only (not an issue for newer devices). Gameplay is a little lacking (the combo system distracts from the games visual/character animations and the basic 'tap and play' gets a little over repetitive). GREAT attempt at merging graphics/video/manga for a very nostalgic experience with modern packaging. Ultimately I would have preferred more character customization in looks/skill trees.
Not a bad game, but grindy and cumbersome to play. Lots of item collection and leveling up to do, and it gets in the way of the basic gameplay and storyline. Also, the game arbitrarily lags and crashes on my Moto G6, even at 2 Star graphics settings. My recommended setting is 3, so that's taking it down a bit. It does justice to the Hokuto no Ken series, imo, and is kind of fun to play, but gets bogged down in points management and tedious manual upgrades later on. Not much character variety too, given the setting. Just buff dudes (aside from Mamiya and Rin) with either long or short hair that look bemused or pissed. Basically, probably more for super fans than casual fans like me. I prefer the experience in other games, like the ones on consoles and PC. Ken's Rage 2 and Lost Paradise might be a better fit for players like me.
Finally got in and it's pretty fun. A lot more to do than expected, a lot of the early content can be set to auto, but the difficulty curve is fair. You'll have to switch to manual to 3 star the clash levels. Biggest complaint is the level cap for progress. Hit a roadblock and I'm just grinding xp.
Game goes into data error after the first fight is over, won't reconnect even after shutting the app down and restarting. Even tried to reinstall the app, does no good. Day 1 and the game is unplayable, literally means I will never give you any money. Day 3 since release, still not able to play the game, or even get as far as the title screen to try a different server.
The game itself is great. It has outstanding graphics and the animation is top notch. The reason I'm rating it 3 stars instead of 5 is because it is absolutely 100% pay to win. I understand the need for IAPs seeing as how it's a free game, but the character/shards drop rate is insanely low and there's a VIP system leaving new players at a huge disadvantage. Overall the game is good, but it disappointingly follows in the footsteps of most freemium mobile games.
Good game so far - was rank one in the world for 30 minutes so that was fun. Game is fun, most characters are easy to get without paying. Has severe connection errors, has the annoying pay to be a VIP system which strangles how much energy you can refill - kinda makes it pay to play if you plan to play for more than half an hour. Gems are easy to obtain but they are overpriced if you plan to buy them, like 25 bucks for a ten spin on the gatcha. Not a bad start but it will become pay to win.
Reinstalled the game way after playing it first when it released, so obviously lost my old account, not complaining about that. But, the game has been lagging and crashing a lot, and, after getting a sudden boost of experience, going from rank 4 to 19, got a tutorial for missions that I can't skip at all but anytime I click, the game just goes darker and nothing happens, ever. So, I basically can never play the game ever again with this account. Good job, guys.
