TRACKER TILE
The tile shows the number of steps imported from Fitbit. When the tile icon is clicked, the tile will open a graph showing the history of downloaded data. The "UPDATE" button of the tile leads to the synchronisation screen of Fit and Healthy where a sync can be manually initiated by pressing the green sync button.
HISTORY GRAPH
The history graph can be accessed from the Fit and Healthy main screen by selecting "History" under the menu or by the tracker tile in Samsung Health. The graph plots data from devices that have been selected from the "Source data" option under the menu. Weight and step count data can be plotted.
PARTNER APP
This app has been approved by Samsung to access Samsung Health as a Partner App.
REQUIREMENTS
* Samsung Health app 5.11 or later version installed
* Fitbit account (Fitbit app does not need to be installed)
* Fitbit tracker if exporting steps
* Internet connection and browser
The Fitbit account information is not stored in the Fit and Healthy application.
The Samsung Health account information is not stored in the Fit and Healthy application.
The Fit and Healthy application requires an internet connection to download data from Fitbit. The Fit and Healthy application cannot download data from Fitbit if the Fitbit servers are not available.

Paid 6$ for an export pack that exports data 1 time out of 10 and that one time took 20 minutes. Might as well have just saved the money and kept typing in the info myself. Support isn't available, despite it being an option on the app. Used this thing for about 3 years but all you get is steps for free and the packs are not worth the $, all you're buying is a headache.
After a small problem the app works great for me NOW! I was having an issue with the app not syncing with my Samsung Watch and Ssmsung Health app, after 2 or 3 emails with the help and support team, they were able to fix the issues I was having, not only did they fix the issues but they kept me updated via email on the progress. Thanks for staying with it and getting the issues resolved.
This app is does exactly what I need it to do. Since I moved from Samsung gear to fitbit, I have used this app to sync all my steps across so I can still take part in Samsung health challenges with my friends. The add ons are great, as you can choose the bits you need. Recent issue with permissions caused by Samsung - Jason kept me updated throughout the process, and notified me of a fix as soon as it was available. Would highly recommend this app to others.
So prior to this review I had never had an issue with this app.. I also have paid for the additions so all my Fitbit information is transferred to Samsung Health. After working with Jason over the weekend, all the issues have been fixed! I am super happy to have my stats syncing back up. So for what its worth, the negative comments over the past weekend were due to a Samsung issue, and the app is still very much worth using. I've been using it for nearly a year.
I have been using this app on my Android to sync steps from Fitbit to a Samsung Health for a while now. It is a simple straightforward and reliable app to use to bridge the gap. I would highly recommend it. Not only that but the developer has been great in providing excellent customer service. Prompt and informative when responding to emails. What more could you ask for!
Extremely responsive developer. Amazing app that does just what it's supposed to do! When S Health updates, it sometimes throws a wrench in the works but Jason is quick to remedy the situation. I don't need an amazing UI because the purpose of this app is to port my steps from Fitbit to S Health. That way I don't have to buy a Samsung Watch. So even if you do pay for the extra features, you are still saving money overall. Don't hesitate to give this app a try! It's free!
Hi Mr. Fit Bit I did all it requested when connecting it to Samsung health, which is no the best but it does better than yours, I allowed all permissions and more. It's connected, both ups says it is, but there's no syncing going on at all, it says it is but it remains there all day... There are some pretty cool features in it that I'd really make good use of it. I want make it work. Am I missing something? I'm set for all kinds of ways to sync from Health.
Like many other people, I too ran into an issue with Fit and Healthy not syncing to my Samsung Health. I contacted the developer and heard directly from him within 24 hours with the solution. That's an amazing and commendable response time. Thank you. As for the fix, I had already re-installed the app, which brought along with it the fix. I then used the Advanced Settings in order to bring in my steps based on a date range, instead of individual days at a time. All is well and I am very happy. Again, Thank you!
Been using the app for a while and never had problems until this last few days. I emailed the developer who responded quickly saying he was in touch with Samsung Health which is where the issue originated. Yesterday he contacted me with instructions for correcting the app and they have worked. I updated each day missed but that's my choice not his suggestion. Good app and prompt response to issues - what more can I say!
This app is great to sync fitbit data with Samsung Health. Regarding the recent syncing issue, rather than leave a 1* review for no reason, I contacted support and received a quick response to say the issue was known and a fix was on it's way. The issue was in no way the fault of Fit and Healthy and appears to have been resolved.
The app is supposed to sync samsung health and fitbit apps. I need to put my samsung health results to fitbit for work reasons. The time i wasted on this app i cannot get back. It doesnt do what it advertises and just wants you to pay for more services when the one it provides doesnt even work. I hit sync and it gets stuck in this permission question loop and never actually syncs. I would give no stars if i could. Dont waste your time.
Bought the weight pack to import my Fitbit scale data, only synced one week even though I've weighed myself twice a day since January. Didn't import steps at all. Not wasting any more money to try the sleep or heart rate import. Very disappointed, also the way everything is pieced out it would cost $15 to import everything. This might seem reasonable if it actually worked but unfortunately that hasn't been my experience. Wasted $5 to import what would have taken me 5 minutes to manually input.
Does not work in a way that is usable to me. You can only see your synced steps in thr exercices section. The steps on the main section and challenges is still incorrect (not synced) so therefore wrong and useless. Disappointing as I thought I finally had a solution. Thanks anyway for quick response.
The App worked with syncing part of my data. But it kept saying i can only sync within 30 days of my data. Before it said I could sync up to 1 year but it didn't seem to work. It got partial of the fist time I used Fitbit.
I've been using this app since Oct17 to transfer my fitbit data over to Samsung Health. This enables me to expand my friends list and challenges across apps which is motivating. For the first time on Fri Night I struck a problem with the sync to Shealth. I gave it a few days then emailed Fit and Healthy, I got a response very quickly about the problem, and understood it would take some time through Shealth to recitify. I've had a further email this morning with the problem fixed and instructions on how to proceed from here. Its all working again. Awesome customer service for a "free" app. Above and beyond. Thank you very much. Feel I should be paying for this app at this level of service.
Too many pay options instead of a "pay for all" option included. $2.99 to sync JUST my heart rate and don't get any other features is insane. I'll definitely pass because it comes across as greed and and disingenuous. Especially with the UI/UX of the application in the state that it's in.
Had some issues with the app. After contacting the developer, he worked diligently with Samsung on getting the issues fixed... After the issues were fixed, I can again sync now activities with Fitbit from Samsung health. Thanks Jason for quickly taking care of these issues. Really appreciate your quick turn around.. keep up the good work...
Review Update: I emailed the developer. He sent me instructions to correct the problem. I changed the settings as directed and the problem appears to be solved. Original Review: I have the paid version. Recently, fitbit started subtracting my steps. I called fitbit customer service, only to find out that it is the fit and healthy app that is causing my fitbit to malfunction. Once I uninstalled this app, fitbit began functioning normally. I'm very disappointed, especially since I paid for the full version. If not for this problem, I would give 5 stars.
Does exactly what is described. Great app since I've switched from fitbit to Samsung but still have the fitbit scales. All my fitbit weight data gets synced over to my Samsung health, and everything else (steps, food, caleries etc) is synced from Samsung health over to fitbit. So all my data can be on both platforms.
This is an awesome app that has worked flawlessly for years! There was a brief interruption in service a few days ago when Samsung servers went down but the author responded immediately and kept me updated as he was working with Samsung. The servers came back online today and everything started working again by itself. Thanks for the great app and great support!
Used to work but no longer working. Not syncing. Says it is then nothing actually happens. I clicked send feedback as suggested on another review response but then it comes up with who you want to send it to and they are all my contacts. They can't help. Not sure what to do.
This app works great. Recent issues on the Samsung side were reviewed quickly and received updates from the Dev team throughout the long weekend until resolved. I would recommend this app for connecting your Fitbit to Samsung. Easy to use, accurate data, and options for which data to import or export.
Doesn't work, keeps asking to select permissions but there are none to select! Settings in Samsung Health show all permissions and nothing else. Have installed 4 times and still no luck.*** Edit: Thank you for the info. I have now been successful in adding all the required permissions. Will amend my stars.
I have used this app through the life of a Samsung 8+ and Samsung S10+ as well as two iterations of fitbit watches. It has been an exceptional tool. I recently had a data transfer glitch which was handled by Support quickly clearly and effectively. Well done Fit and Healthy!
The purpose of the app is to sync data between Fitbit and Samsung Health and vice versa...doesn't work. I've tried all recommendations to update sync from SH to Fitbit, nothing works, just the endless settings loop. Wish there was another app that worked.
No longer working. Sad but true it will not import data since Samsung changed 3rd party support. Reviews don't lie, if it does please do post a workaround. I am in IT and not an idiot, enabled everything on app and phone, permissions, made sure battery optimization was off, and more. From Sam support: "No Samsung Health partner app or third party is able to write steps to Samsung Health after August 31, 2020." 😔
You have to pay to import the stuff needed. It's not just that no one wants to lose customers, they don't want new customers either. Fitbit was bad enough for not letting you update non exercise items unless you used your phone so I really should not be surprised but this is misleading to pay for all the actual data. And it's not just one price?! It's a price for each individual category. Nice scam.
