HIIT sessions can be very short, about 7-20 minutes, so you don't need much time. We can train with our own body weight without accessories. There are no excuses to get fit and improve your health!

Set exercises and their durations, breaks and also the difficulty. Thus, when you go training next time you can choose it according with your time and your energy.

You can save the workouts with the name that you want and organize them by day of the week or the body part to train.

If you don't know what to do one day, you can take one predefined workout. There will be more predefined workouts in each upgrade.

With the calendar, you can see your workouts completed during the past four weeks. You don't need to do nothing, the workouts are saved automatically when completed.

Part of it is in Spanish and there's no clear instructions on how to use the app. The videos linked to the app are all in spanish. Also when you go to set up how many breaks you want you can only increase so if you make a mistake there's no way to decrease the number of breaks.
