In the body measurements section, what measurement does "sm" stand for? Im assuming it is a typo and you mean "cm"? Or am I missing something??? Edit: Also the app tells me to measure my forearm at the "broadest forearm part, 1-2 sm from my SHOULDER"!!?? Otherwise functionally seems ok, just fire the writer :D

I like this app a lot and have recommended it to a few of my friends. I have even purchased the app. I recommended it to a buddy that I used to workout with. It would be great if we could share custom workout that we create and/or workout progress. Encouragement stuff like hi five when you have completed a cycle, workout, and/or program using various social outlet not just FB like Google + (because everyone should be forced to use facebook to be social). Like have a virtual workout partner.

I just have a question. Is there a section where a person can ask questions? Such as, I feel like I'm not loosing weight, Why? And things like that. Maybe a forum or a chat room with people that are using the program will help. Other than that really good, I love everything about it.
