Didn't get a verification code when I created an account. I looked in spam & junk folders. Nothing. I emailed them asking if they could help. I got an email saying someone would contact me. No one did. Went back to app. I was in! I'm sure it was them but I thought it was weird they didn't say anything. Anyway, the app works. Didn't sync by itself. Had to tap on sync option once I stood on the scale. I thought it would be nice to have a bit more explanation on all the levels & where I stood.

I just bought the scale and downloaded the app. I provided all the information it asked for to set up the account on the app but it wont send the verification code to finalize the set up. If I cant set up the account on the app to get all the additional information the scale wont display there is no point in me keeping the scale. Will be returning the scale because apparently this company doesn't care about its customers satisfaction. Too many people having issues with the app.

Terrible graphing ... If you miss a day it drops everything to zero making it useless as a tool. I would not recommend

I can't log in to the app and check previous progress. I keep getting errors. Thought maybe it was the password so I clicked "forgot password." It won't even process the submit button so that I can get the email to reset the password. I'm extremely disappointed. Do you all need to make system updates because it's not on the user's end. Please fix.

Horrible, was super excited to try this app but it wouldn't even send me a code to my email or my phone. Even tried using another email and it wouldn't send. Super disappointed.

I am experiencing the same issues, will not connect to my app... It says connecting and then everything is just blank. I tried everything mentioned in the other reviews and still no fix. Very disappointing... If you have a scale where the data is only viewable through the app then the app needs to work!

Scale connects after bluetooth and stepping on it. However, when it states it is calculating, there is no information showing in the app. Only the information of my target weight that I manually put in. Not even registering the current weight that the scale indicates I am. I have reinstalled the app several times and nothing. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Please advise or I will be returning. I already have a regular scale to just tell me how much I weigh. Thanks. CJ Roberts that did not work either

It was interesting the first 3 days it worked... On the 4th day the app "considered" I had a significant weight loss and suddenly weighed 13.6 pounds despite what was shown on the scale. From what I've read I'm not the only one in this situation... Because of the app I'll return my scale. It's sad because it looked nice but I bought a smart scale, not a scale!

App will not log in, or reset set password or create a new account making the scale usless because all information is displayed on the phone. I tried installing and reinstalling on 2 diffrent devices. I now have a giant paperweight. I tried emailing the company but received no response from them.

Does not work correctly to begin. When setting up you can not choose between lbs and kg and inch and cm. If you want to change something and you press to save it wil not save it. No possibility to delete your info. Very bad app

Excellent system. You need to tell on the instructions that you can't place the weight scale on carpet. The readings will be erratic.. it has to be placed on solid leveled ground... People don't understand how the machine works. That's why you will have many returns.

Same as everyone. The app was working great but some days ago it started showing way too less weight than the one is shown in the scale (I weight 200 pounds in the scale, but in the app it says 12). I have both the app and the scale from Fit2live

Junk. Never works. Weight freezes on same exact weight even if I step on with a 25lb. plate to fix issue. Syncing fails often. Terrible product. If it actually worked, this would be an amazing product! Frustrating and disappointing.

Refuses to Connect. I tried on various phones, following instructions to the letter. I work for a tech company, and have set up full home automation, security systems, etc. If I cannot get this to work, I do not see how the average user would be able to use it.

I love this app and have found it so useful for months and months. Fantastic content and very easy to use for anyone. As someone who mainly strength trains, this app is perfect for all my strength and conditioning workouts.

Installed the app since purchasing a smart scale. No matter how many times I switch units(kg vs. lbs) and save measurements in profile, current measurement and target/goals show up in different units. Just use the scale and uninstall the app.

It works, the weight is correct, the other bit a kinda close guesses. It's not gonna be perfect, but it's all good. It gives me a kinda close estimate to work on, you know. Anyways I'm a dumby didn't know how to work it before, honestly should make a tutorial, or give a pamphlet for idiots like me, LOL. I'm sorry😅

great motivating app. there are different levels and focus on work out. so far i love it. easy to follow workouts that don't repeat exercises over and over. highly recommend.

App does not work. It won't allow ne to create a profile.

Doesn't connect. Every time I try to connect my scale to the app it just flashes at me and then goes back to everything being zero. It's incredibly frustrating.

this app is easy enough to use. I'm not sure how accurate everything is but it's good to have some kind of baseline to go off of. it's nice and convenient to have on your phone but the app has some lag to it. not perfect but still very useful.

The scales are fine. The fit2live app bugs and connection problems. It seems to be thinking too long. I time out and get frustrated and close app. Its that bad.

If I could give this negative 10 stars I would. This app only connected once to my scale. I can't get it to connect anymore. The app is so slow. What a shame. I'll be looking for a better weight scale & app.
