Fit4Handball

Are you a handball coach or do you like to play handball yourself? Do you want to improve your athletic performance, do you want to avoid handball injuries or promote their healing? Perfect. Then the Fit4Handball App of the German Handball Federation (DHB), the AOK - The Health Insurance Fund and the Technical University of Central Hesse is just right for you and your team.
Create digital and individualized training plans for you or your team to prevent injury through targeted exercise and strengthening at home or during training. There are 40 exercises available, which are explained in detail and shown by prominent handball players in the form of small videos. By installing the app, your team will not only be able to view their individual training plans, but will also be able to watch exemplary game scenes in video form. The benefit of a consistent application of the exercises is thus obvious.
New in this version of the app is the Fit4Handball Challenge. Here you can measure yourself as a player in 6 individual exercises with handball professional Paul Drux and follow your own progress in the execution of the exercises. As a coach, you can now better manage your teams and also evaluate the challenges of players. In this way you can recognize deficits even better and make the training even more individual.
