I have the new Versa 3, and it has some bugs. Have to (restart not working) shutdown every single day to reset hours active and it has a mind of it's own when I swim...even though I have it set to manually press the button to see how I am doing during workout. It also gives me sync issues. Had to repair twice already. I also am having issues with getting messages on watch...even after restarting. Was also recently charged for a year of Premium I did not want - did not know til checked bank.

I've been using Fitbit since 2017. For some reason I can't get my Fitbit to sync up with my app. What's even worse is now I can't get it to sync to my Bluetooth after the most recent update. No idea what happened but I am very mad. Restarted my phone twice to make sure that wasn't the issue. Everything else connects fine, just not the Fitbit

Keeps freezing! This app is useless, it doesn't record my calorie input properly and the food search is hopeless as it shows completely different food items totally unrelated to my input even though I have a large database of my own custom foods. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice but this has not made any difference. Looks like it's time to look for a better more reliable option than Fitbit!!!

Generally works fine, but I've had to mark it to 1 star out of the sheer annoyance that the Aria Air scales and this app bring. Between the scales and this app, the sole purpose is to automatically log weight, and it fails. The app needs force closing every time and reopening before the scales will sync. It's definitely the app's problem, as it will automatically log the last weight the scales recorded, as if I've just stepped on the scales, likes it's storing it.

Great, apart from sporadic problems with syncing (with Google behind it, Fitbit must be able to fix them). Suggestion: please add a search feature to the “Discover” tab; browsing takes time that isn’t always rewarded with a suitable result. E.g., I see nothing about balance. Edit May 24, 2022: Since last update, syncing is broken.

New update tonight has caused issues with the calorie tracker. From the dashboard, the 'calories in' stay the same even if I add or delete food. When I go into the details the daily calories in is correct, but back on the dashboard it doesn't update. I've restarted my phone and closed out of the app multiple times. Hopefully it resolves with the new day tomorrow, I've had my fitbit luxe less than a week, so this isnt selling me on the premium subscription if the app is buggy.

10 dollars a month for a "premium" membership and the app is poorly designed and lacks any real support. In order to get transfer weights from the aria scales you need to force stop the app and restart it.EVERY TIME. The water tracker/calorie counters don't always update correctly when things are entered. They broke the custom foods..These are SIMPLE fixes that fitbit just doesn't care enough to fix, as long as you keep paying. If it isn't fixed soon with an app update, I'll find another option.

I have the same problems as other reviewers, the app just won't sync to my Fitbit watch (inspire hr). It's getting so frustrating now that I may give up on the Fitbit altogether. Update May 2022. The sync problem has gotten worse, not better. Getting very fed up with Fitbit, to be honest. When my watch gives up, I won't get another.

Incredibly buggy, menstrual cycle not being able to be saved or edited bug still isn't fixed !! Plus now i've got this new bug where if i try to log a new custom food, the serving size gets messed up once i save the settings. Another annoying thing is that the nutrients section is now complete gibberish and not accurate at all... I use this app every day and it's just so frustrating that this stuff probably won't be fixed any time soon.

App starts to connect but then says it can't find my fitbit. But sometimes data does sync. Mostly if data does sync the app doesn't display it until I close and reopen a few times. note that my laptop which is not bluetooth enabled will show the synced info even when my phone app says it failed. The app can't find my fitbit when I try to update my fitbit firmware. The app did work fine a few months ago but after one of the many updates it stopped working properly.

After 4 yrs with a standard Fitbit, I upgraded to the Sense. Sense and the app won't stay connected. I don't know which end the issue is on, but the Sense message says to refer to the app to fix the issue, and the app doesn't do anything when sync is clicked on. Resetting everything helps for a few hours, then back to issues.

It's a decent app. Works well and it's easy to use. Data transfers well from watch to app except for water intake which doesn't update to the watch but it does to the phone. The 3 stars is because of the food available and the serving selection not including each. Many restaurants missing. Also with the workouts there is no way to personalize. There's exercises that are too hard or don't give enough instructions to make sure I don't hurt myself. There's no way to give feedback. Cookie cutter.

Overall, I enjoy this app, but it will not sync to my watch. I get false affirmations when I set alarms and reminders, only after I realize "Hey, it's past the time I set my alarm/reminder, why didn't it go off?". The syncing process glitches and takes forever to get it to work again. I really do love the app overall, but I frequently use the alarms/reminders and it's really getting annoying.

Always been a really useful app but the last few months it keeps losing record of various exercise logs. I've tried re-booting my wrist band but it's the app that has the issue. It's really becoming annoying and de-motivating when I like to see how much I've increased my exercise. Otherwise, it seems pretty accurate in terms of my heart rate, sleep analysis, steps count, etc. The period tracker is a useful tool as well, plus the meditation and exercise videos. Overall I enjoy using my fitbit.

The apparently wide spread "not-synching" issue really is annoying. The suggested fix (turning off Bluetooth, restarting the watch and then turning Bluetooth back on) usually works, but it's a lot of hassle for an issue that should not exist in the first place. My pebble or Samsung watch never had this problem (and you guys bought pebble, so you know... We know you could do it). Otherwise it's a good app and the sense is a great watch.

Since the update all my food logs have disappeared. Just in time for my dr. appointment where I was supposed to show how I've been eating better. Well, after over half an hour on the phone there is still no data and I'm stuck trying to remember what I ate for the past week. So add the lost data to my list of problems with Fitbit. My other complaint is that my Aria scale only syncs maybe one day out of seven. the rest of the days I must enter data manually. I really don't get any help when I call. They read all the possible fixes from a script then when nothing works they tell you to send in screen shots but never give you a way to send them.

Update: From past one year updates have made the app stable and reliable. Sync works perfectly. Thanks for a good app. Old review It's been more than a year using charge 3 and struggle still with syncing. Sometimes it syncs and sometimes it won't budge. Every update brings some new bugs for syncing and it's been happening since last one year. The Charge 3 is an excellent device but the app doesn't live to that expectation. Could you please build atleast another app just for syncing.

Cry. C. May 15, 2022

I love the app, when it works right. For some reason it will not continually sync like it's supposed to I have every setting set the way it's supposed to be and I still have to go in and manually sync anytime I want to update my steps. I'm missing calls and messages because I think that they are connected and they're not. IDK if it's my phone or the app. But my phone is pretty new so I'm leaning more towards the app.
