Fitbit Aria Air Update

Sent one back new one still does not connect it keeps saying app has to be opened but it is. Ive turned phone on and off. Reinstalled software and the update. Im very disappointed have used and loved fitbit from its first models. I'm truly disappointed. I have a regular scale but really wanted the interface

You need to make it easier to setup aria first generation. Having no app for that model means I have to use a computer to set it up because it doesn't set up using mobile. Every time I have to change the batteries I try on my phone to set up the device and every time I have to use my computer to do it. Come on Google your better than that.

Update glitch Whenever I open the app it always asks to update software with the scales. It searches and says there us none. It dies not connect via Bluetooth to upload any data. Is this fitbit premium only ? If so it should have stated this before purchase.

I just got mine from Amazon this Christmas and stumbled upon this app and found a new firmware update. It went painlessly. I had a problem with the Bluetooth connection having to restart my phone every time I weighed, hopefully this firmware update will fix the issue.

Can't use this app. It will not allow an update to the scale unless I allow the app to have access to my location. This makes NO sense. To update firmware, I have to allow Fitbit scale to know where I am going? Where I am now? Fitbit needs to fix this. Great scale. very accurate. I am using it without firmware updates. And, I uninstalled the app from my Android phone.

Everytime I use any fit bit product I see my information grt compromised on the dark web. I dont trust their software safety but I want to continue using my fitbit since I have it. Please make an offline mode bc that is unacceptable.

FITBIT is like smoking mirrors. You can't get live help and then when you finally get help, they direct you onwards. Google is the same, well of course they are affiliated. How hard should it be for you to subscribe to annual membership in Canada? They want you to continue paying monthly more beneficial for their pockets. Nothing is user friendly with them. My aria does not hook up either.

At first I didnt think this was working but then I updated my fitbit device original app and then synced the scale through there after my app was updated to the premium which came with the scale and all was good. Scale now connected and so much more on the app to explore.

It updated my Aria Air to the latest firmware and now it's more reliable. Not sure why a separate app is required to do this, but it works! Just wish I could see the latest update date so I didn't have to guess when a new update occurred and if I need to update my Aria Air.

Just purchased an Aria Air2. Syncing the scale with Fitbit only worked once. Has not worked again. This app did not help at all.

Tried this as our Aria Air would only sync to the app if we force stopped it first. OTA update did instal, but scales still do not sync unless we force stop.

Not user friendly, I have been trying to install the app but it stops at 98% and does not move further. Not able to set up devise " Fitbit Sense" till now. No virual support for assistance.

On Oct 14 the fitbit app uninstalled itself from my LG X after like 2 years and now I cannot sync or use premium that I paid for. Or download the app because is not offered only Aria fitbit firmware. I am sad I used my Fitbit everyday . I dont have money for a new phone.

New Versa watch fine but got Aria air scales and sync once then nothing unless I restart phone. Thinking about returning scale. Didnt even know about this firmware update ap. Rubbish

The Fitbit app used to be fine but then it uninstalled itself on my phone ever since this update I haven't been able to hook up my Fitbit since it isn't the Fitbit of the update

System won't let me change my password it won't correct my account it won't give me update on my on my system it just it just out of control
