Not for daily fit bit users. I am just looking for a way to connect to google fit. Been waiting that for years. Now that my fit bit is near its expiration date I'm lately going to use a competitor since other wearables devices sync and are compatible with other apps.
Spontaneously logged me out and now won't move on from the white loading screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it finally moved on to email input but from there stays on the white loading screen for 30+ minutes without change. I haven't been able to login for multiple days which pretty renders this app utterly useless to my health coach and me.
there are some serious problems with the app and web site. i have gone through EVERY procedure to log in but i keep getting username or password invalid.. YES i,reset my password. so much worse with the update. id swear but if i wouldnt get in trouble. i wish my employer never switched. oh, and customer support is non ecostant, they wont respond to email or phonecalls.
useless, wanted to use it to sync with google fit. but this is only by invite only. why dies Fitbit have an app to sync with google Fit, but doesnt provide it yo the public. I'm happy with Fitbit, same time considering to change to something else since google fit is still not supported...
The only sync between fitbit and Google fit and it's invite only, disappointed. Don't bother downloading and installing to get this functionality if you are not invited to use the program.
I just want to be able to sync with Google for so I can sync with pokemon go. But only the blessed important people with personal trainers or special healthcare providers are worthy enough for such a high profile task like that.
Only downloaded it to sync Google Fit with my Fitbit. Didn't realize it was invite only. Why not have the only app able to sync Google Fit with Fitbit open to the public? Another reason for me to get rid of Fitbit.
It would be a great app to use and have if only I could get the app open. When I try it just sits there saying loading... I am suppose to use this to work with health coach for my insurance. Fix the app so I can use it and I will change my rating.
Very disappointed that this is not available for everyday users of Fitbit. In a day and age where you're supposed to be promoting healthy lifestyle it would be great if all options were available for us with the Fitbit we purchased. Not being able to sync with Google Fit is going to make me reconsider owning a Fitbit.
Invite only is counter intuitive. I alternate between my fitbit and smartwatch occasionally. It would be nice to not have gaps in my fitness data.
Downloaded only to sync Fitbit with Google Fit but can't even do that as this app is invite only. Clearly the functionality already exists so why not make it available to everyone? Please add Google Fit synchronisation to the standard Fitbit app.
Logged me out and I can't move past the log in screen. I got a message that. My coach sent a message but I can't get in to see it now anything. I've had problems with this since downloading 2 weeks ago.
I downloaded this to be able to sync my heart rate from Google fit but I'm unable to use the app because its invite only. Please add google fit sync to regular fitbit app.
Useless. Want to sync with Google Fit because that's what is did all my trCking with before. Fitbit says it can be done through Fitbit Plus but then Fitbit Plus is by invitation only...
I wanted to link my Fitbit to Google fit and the only way is through the Fitbit Plus App, which is by invitation only. I will look for another tracker besides fitbit.
App should not be invite only since this is the only official way to sync Fitbit data to Google fit or anywhere else. Been using fit2fit for now but I hate having to use a 3rd party app.
As mentioned, useless app. This is for group health plans, not the public. I just want my weight data from my Fitbit scale to go into Google fit, but their own support site sends you here.
Fitbit website said this app to syncwith Google fit. Well, get ready to be disappointed, the website gives you false hope. This app is by invitation only, so wrong information, or can't do what you wanted.
Good job guys, people hate your app. You do know that YOUR OWN WEBSITE instructs people that this app is how Fitbit data can be integrated with Google Fit, right? Yet you just reply to them with "hurr durr we have no plans for that in our roadmap". THEN REMOVE IT FROM YOUR WEBSITE. For those searching for a way to do this, download FitToFit. It does what Fitbit desperately doesn't want you to be able to do — take control of your health data and use any app you damn well please.
I had this app installed in my phone it stopped working and I cannot get ahold of my health coach. I deleted it and tried to reinstall and it says its installing but never does.
can't even login through my fitbit account, it keeps saying it can't connect to the wifi even though nothing is wrong with my connection.
useless app....keeps disconnecting from my excellent wifi signal and i cant even log in. removed immediately, no reason to have it if it wont even work
Found an article from Fitbit on how to sync with Google Fit, mentioned this app. As it says it's invite only, lame. Add the sync to Google Fit in the regular app...
Need this app to connect to Google Fit but it's "invite only" through an employer or healthcare plan. Fitbit needs to create an app so those of us trying to connect to our fitness apps are able to!
ZERO reason for this to be by invitation only. all i need to do is integrate Google Fit and Fitbit so i dont have to wear my fitbit when i wear my duty watch.
I joined the yearly plan on fit bit but cant join the fitbit plus so i can sync it to my google fit cause i need an invite for this . not very fair and not cool at all . so how can i sync my fit bit account to my google fit .
The app doesn't work.. As soon as I hit log in, it gives me a blank screen and stays that way.
Got it for Google Fit Support. Sadly the program needed to access the Google Fit Support is invite only. Poor form.. don't release on Android unless your gonna support Android..
Same issue as everyone else, downloaded as per advice from fitbit site to sync my data with Google fit. Actually so can control my food app better as use multiple. Found it frustrating you can't even get past basics and I don't see what extra you get on this.... Surely we all got the same product? Why can only some get the extra features? It seems unfair and would be interested in looking at trading laws on that? Completely useless if kept segregated... These are basic features.
