I'm not able to create a log in, every time I try it says network anomaly. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it as well as restarted my phone and it doesn't work. So I have input my info but it's not saved perminatly and if for some reason the app shuts down or I manage to delete it some how then I will have to input all my info all over again. Also, for anyone wondering what the train sound is, it's the "disconnect reminder". It can be found at the bottom of the notifications 8n the app. Just put it at 0%

This is a garbage app. I can not believe that in 6 months it has not been improved when I loaded it again. It literally pushes it's own notification to the phone every 10 sec for a period of 3 min. Then in a half hour it does it a all over again. I have turned off all notification in the app and that did nothing to fix that irritation. The app will not always get the information from the watch. It updates so randomly it's of little use. I will uninstall this app for good this time

I like my watch that uses this app and the app itself is fine but somewhere in your permissions it allows itself to turn off the Bluetooth if you're not wearing the watch. I can't seem to find anywhere to turn that off and it's a real PITA because it keeps my phone from pairing with my car, my headphones, speaker or any other Bluetooth device. 🙄 I have to force stop the app any time I take the watch off to charge.

For the price of the wristband it's ok. I am really annoyed that it keeps popping up a notification every time I turn my phone to landscape and back and sometimes it's just random. No support at all. But if you manage to connect the watch and you're OK with manually refreshing pages then the app is decent.

7/14/2019 **update about getting rid of train whistle** settings - notifications - all the way at the bottom "disconnect reminder" move ball icon all the way left and it will turn off. that seemed to work for me. hope this works for all those wanting to rid themselves of that annoying noice. also want to rid myself of the 'train whistle'. I'm using for the water reminder. That seems to work ok. So...how to turn off the whistle. I cannot have this going off at my job. My PHONE MUST BE SILENT. I am deleting the app until this is fixed. By not having my phone muted, I have the potential of losing my job. I can't afford to let that happen. please let me know when this is fixed.

From 5 down to a 2..... The app just keeps notifying me of itself. The problem is draining my power and causing glitches, as every time it does this I'm forced to swipe away the announcement before returning you what I was doing. It's very frustrating as it comes in 3 times while I'm composing a text. It didn't used to do this, I got an update one day and it's been like this since! Please help, as I really want to love my watch again.

I have to say, the way FitCloud interacts with the Bluetooth function of my phone is unsatisfactory. FitCloud disconnects my Bluetooth headset every day around noon, which is bad enough. But if I happen to step away from my smartwatch, FitCloud throws a tantrum, refusing to allow the phone to stay connected to my Bluetooth headset. Today, after leaving my watch to charge, I ended up having to force-close FitCloud to be able to keep the headset connected. Unacceptable!

I just can't make it sync to the fitness watch (ck11). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, forcing the stop and opening the app again, clearing the cashe and data, turning on / off the watch and the bluetooth and it just doesn't connect. I wish there was some other app which can be used with my watch (this was the only one mentioned in its manual) because this just doesn't work and the watch is useless without it.

8/12/2019 It quit working. What does a flashing green light on the back mean? My reason for this purchase was to record my blood pressure. Sadly, it seems to be quite inaccurate. I've also found that I'm unable to set the sleep times. I retire at 9:30 pm & rise at 7:00 am. How do I set this up? I've made several unsuccessful attempts. A response would be greatly appreciated. Other than the above mentioned issues, I love this watch!

This app was good at first, but it caused Bluetooth continouos connection interruption with my car, causing glitches in my Samsung S8, to the point when I install the app only for purpose of syncing my smart band from time to time, and then immediately uninstall it. My smart bracelet is good, but this app performance is not adequate.

It disconnects my bluetooth CONSTANTLY! I have all the permissions blocked. I have been on on the website and it doesn't go anywhere or give any HELP! Honestly I'm going to probably get rid of it. There is no point if this thing keeps turning off things that it shouldn't be turning off! How do I make it stop turning off my settings?!?!?!

Useless, No matter what I do, after hours of trying various option (I am an Automation & Electronic Eng.), I can NOT add the watch to the App (it pairs in System / Bluethooth with out any problem). Only thing left is to Upair the watch, and Uninstall the Apl; and throw the watch away. The hours spent on the useless Device (Whatch) / App, is way MORE than the cost of the Watch :-(

Hi, I use an One Plus 5 mobile. I have fitcloud app installed as recommended by the smart watch manufacturer and has been working very well for the last 7 months. Now for the past one week I am not getting call alerts in the watch. All the other functions are working fine. Kindly suggest me how I can get call alerts in my watch. Mine works on Android Oxygen OS version 9.0.3. Regards

This app CONSTANTLY loses the ability to connect to my phone and it takes me hours to reconnect. This time doesn't seem to be able to reconnect no matter what I try! Other than that I like the app but it's not much use if it won't connect!

I tried to send suggestion but got error data. So I like the app but when I try to measure eg Heart Rate it automatically stops after 2 minutes. Could u please make an option that it stops when I press stop (no default time) or at least give an option to extend it to at least 6 minutes. 2 minutes is way not enough for me. Thx

Any fix for the train whistle notification? even when my phone is on SILENT this stupid notification will go off. Tried disabling, and reinstalled no luck. Will likely delete app altogether if no fix soon, I cant stand it! Calcutaled calories burned and blood pressure are drastically incorrect! No help or answers...

Having all sorts of problems with FitCloud. It stops running when I try to answer a phone call and I keep getting "NETWORK ANOMALY" error messages when I try to open app. Very frustrating. Today is 4/22/19. Still having same problems and no reply to e-mail inquires. POOR customer service. Find another app. This one is trash.
