The most recent update has resolved my previous problem. But now, it syncs with my watch and resets the time back to midnight and then re-corrects it. It's quite annoying. So I've had to put the watch in battery saving mode to prevent this from happening. Please correct this error..

Overall the apps compatibility and current functionality is lacking the watchdial selection won't load for devices. The register option will not complete. Weather doesn't transfer via app. Texting notifications will not push even with permissions. The health readings are relatively accurate which is nice but any further functionality is missing as of this moment.

Pretty good watch to be fair. Always had fitbits previous at over £200 a time, I brought this watch as a temporary watch as my Fitbit got recalled but will be keeping it for sure. Battery lasts for ages. App is okay if a little basic, wish it worked with Google pay and had some better watch dials ( and what's the weird female tab all about that doesn't do anything and can't be removed) over all pretty good and works well. Like that it links to Google fit.

The watch faces preinstalled in the smart watch I have cannot be accessed or deleted in the app. According to the product page, my smart watch can store upto 10 watch faces, but since I'm unable to delete them, I can only add one extra watch face. I'm using the Pebble Cosmos Luxe smart watch. Please fix the issue.

My device keeps on restarting over and over again. It won't stop until battery gets drained. I already factory reset but even I successfully reset my watch, it keeps on turning on and off and on and off. Please help me on this matter. Thank you.

Please fix and update software L15 watch with flashlight ! After one of last updates, watch show different random time , i need to start and connect to this phone app 3 times a day to synchronize ,its annoying so i not use watch anymore, also this app not stay connected always on phone so i not need to synchronize manually all the time ! I set priority to stay connected forever but its disconnectinng app and not stay connected in background and not synchronize on huawei phone !

It app need so much of improvement 1. It does not show how much battery percentage in smartwatch 2.it always ask for some permission but what permission it does not show 3. In edit dial option there should be more option like what type of dial , colour ,, different style .

Installation was seamless. But: Google Fit started giving me fantastic results, because it takes the data from this app every hour - 24 x 256 burnt calories, that's something! Also after disconnecting from the watch the app starts ringing after it connects again, same for notifications - but I have the phone by then and don't need it to ring by itself. Also I'd appreciate way more loud and way longer ringing when I seek my phone and more visible sleep pattern. The watch itself is very pretty.

The Bluetooth has to be manually turned on every time you go out of range. Instead of just automatically reconnecting when you reenter range , that needs to be fixed pls. It's a real pain

The app repeatedly tells me that some of the permissions we need are rejected by you and i couldn't even connect my watch with this app.. all permissions were enabled and the watch is not even showing the right time without connecting to the phone. Someone give me a solution if you have any

Pester popup keeps popping up saying some feature can't work because some permission is missing and directs user to app settings. What is the mystery feature and what mystery permission? Developers seem to have some skills but no pride. This is just dumb! (Android 12.) If code can detect it needs a permission, it should report what permission is missing, and what feature is affected. It's called condition handling! And why can't the sleep stop hour be less than start hour? Think about it.

Absolutely ruined your app and the user experience with the last update over a month ago. I've been using for almost half a year and liked the simplicity of taking blood pressure whenever I wanted and being able to see my incoming msges. My mom and I both liked it but we're definitely moving on if this app doesn't fix itself soon. Imagine taking out some of the most important functions from your app.

App icon is constantly sitting up in my notification bar. It wouldn't bother me if it meant that the device was constantly synced to the app, but I have to sync it up periodically throughout the day. I'm only using the device as a watch and step counter, as I prefer actual arm cuffs to test BP, but one of the features that appealed to me about this particular device was that it could find my phone. But only if it's synced. Which it isn't half the time.

I have been using your app for a year. I can say it's about average, but please add more watch faces! Not a single dial has been added, and the pre-existing ones are quite simple in design. Add more classical watch faces with analog clocks, or more detailed-high-tech digital ones.

Overall experience was good with the app but there one thing which is bad That is the push notifications option it has few selected app notification option but the apps like YouTube , cricbuzz and many more apps doesn't provide that notification plz I req you to add all the apps notification message for all the other apps

The watch gets disconnected from bluetooth and the app had no other typical functionality... I think that the review of these watches are also paid ones as the over all experience of the watch is also not satisfactory

Sometimes does not connect to watch. Won't connect this AM. It's my backup step counter & is getting mighty close to the recycle bin. The blood pressure function is shockingly accurate on this watch!

It's no connected properly with my watch now. I don't know what's the problem. It keeps show messages that my phone denied some of its permissions. But all permissions was allowed. What's wrong with this application

It is a very bad company, no one buy this watch, I sent it for repaire 2 times in 1 year and as soon as the warranty ended, it got damaged immediately after 10 days when I complained it said that it is out of warranty. We don't do repairs, get it done from somewhere else, I said, I will pay whatever the money will be, he said we do not repair.

Overall OK, Just switched from a VeryFitPro. I like being able to check my vitals which are surprisingly accurate. But the workout function is terrible, only walking and running work at all. They shouldnt advertize functions that are not available. Basketball and rock climbing are not on everyones agenda, but yoga, cycling (indoor and outdoor), treadmill etc are all fairly common now. It has decent battery life, last about 6 to 7 days.

Pathetic app... I gave all the permission manually still it need permissions.. Permissions for what? And not even binding my watch.. Not even the scan qr is working properly Not even showing the watch on the search result while normal Bluetooth search is showing the pebble watch

This app worked only for a day and it stopped working after that and showed me, 'Some of the permissions we need are rejected' error even though I gave all the permission required by the app. Please fix the issue as soon as possible.

The App itself is nice and helpful and overall I have no complains, but after a few weeks or months of it being installed, the app will lag out and wont let me go into it, so I have to delete it and restart the software all over again. This gets tiring after a while since I have to rewrite all my data onto the app. So if it could stop lagging out and preventing me from accessing it, I would DEFINITELY rate higher

So discovered the "secret setting" that allows phone calls to be made\received on the watch. There is a toggle switch on the Headphone setting which enables the feature. Discovered this by looking in the Amazon site for the watch. Scroll down and the info is clear there in nice pictures 👍👍👍

Please update your app with more functions. Where is weather info coming from, on my phone shows different temperature. It shows me same weather all day, even at night shows me sunny. Where is interval for update of weather. Make synchronization with phone automatically, so I don't have to open app on my phone and do it manually all the time.
