Nope. There is not much choice in setting programs considering the paragon x machine has multiple ones already. It would be great to access these here. I spent time creating a play list only for it to disappear when I changed workouts. There is not an instruction manual and it is difficult to figure out. It also kept changing me to Chinese when I was in settings although I had no idea how. Be good to save workouts instead of setting them up each time.
Unable to sign up. During initial sign-up, the error message "Sign-up failure" is given. Change of username, password, email address, etc, has no impact. The same thing happens when I try to sign up within the fitDisplay app for the iPhone as well.
Unable to connect to GR7 spin cycle at all. Can see the bike on the list of devices but stays stuck on attempting to connect. Edit to add: tried atZone - stuck on the searching page too. No luck with both apps.
Was working well up to yesterday. Cannot connect to Bluetooth today. Also, it can't run in the background. You can't change times manually unless in 10 Minute intervals.
Bike it came with is great, unfortunately app is terrible. Only connected with the bike once, and when trying to do a "trip" it froze. When the app reopened, couldn't connect with the spin bike as a device at all
At least the app can be installed now, for a long time it didn't. It needs a lot more work, though. For example, the rides through North America takes forever - literally hours - to download on a fast connection and will only download while my bike is being used. Also there's no documentation. Seems no one who is selling this is replying here but it would be good to at least acknowledge the problems and say whether or not you plan to do anything about them.
Terrible app. Not tested. Cannot even create account. UI not intuitive. Fonts too small. Bluetooth connection with treadmill has potential but app not taking advantage of it, e.g. quick speed buttons, make your own program etc.
Cannot login, user interface clunky. Should have quick toggle speed buttons that allow user to quickly change level of speed for intervals as this option does not exist in the Treadmill Paragon X. Different languages dhow up within the app. Please fix the app
Terrible! When you can eventually get it to show English instead of Chinese. App crashes. Doesn't connect to spin bike. Worst app ever. Will consider returning the equipment
Can't even use the app because Bluetooth won't pair. It's asking for a PIN that isn't documented anywhere. What a joke!
Absolute rubbish. Needs a lot of improvement as this is a big sales function. Has opportunity but needs a lot of fixing bugs.
Will not connect. Does this App actually work on Android. Connects to my iPhone but not Samsung. I am extremely dissapointed in this product and the Gr7 bike. Looking at the other reviews here I suspect I won't get a reply from either John Lewis, where I bought the bike, or the designers of the app. Poor.
The app will bounce back to home screen after choosing more than 3 data display Very frustrating to use. And there is no data report after finished workout
So I have GR7 spin bike and I'm a adroid user. The DOES NOT WORK ON ANDROID I lent an iPad which then worked and gave me awesome data after my ride but when you got to history hardly and data was save. Seriously looking for an alternative app how you this so wrong is beyond me. Plus you not pull heart rate from my garmin connect
I think this app still need improvements. I managed to connect to the new purchased GR7 spinner, but I'm very doubtful about the pace output after several spjnned, the time in the software seems quicker than usual. My avg 10km ride is about 10min, and I did 26min for 12km on the gr7, hemce very doubtful about this. Please check and have an update for the rectification as we had spent so much for your product. TY
Tried to reset password, failed! Tried setting up a new account, failed! Tried contacted developer, no response! For a $3k treadmill this is a terrible app with zero support. Hoping with this review someone will get in touch
Inability to save profile information sorry (this was the previous version, this problem is now corrected)have had to take this review back to a one star, the system doesnt correctly record cadence
Waste of time so far, set up and log out then can't log in. Use different device bike can't find it. Taking the gloss off the horizon bike...
Overly complicated and nonstandard registration process, xID ?? it isn't the 90's... Please just integrate google/Facebook/etc sso, and stop forcing landscape mode!
Rubbish app repeatedly username gets backed can't login sick and tired making new login details Are you even going too reply too our comments let alone fix these issue terrible product ..considering the cost of the bike your technical ability is next too zero when it comes too applying app too a spin bike ..PULL YOUR FINGER OUT OF YOUR ARSE AND FIX THE ISSUES!!!!
Use to work for my Omega Z treadmil but after the upgrade it is buggy. The sprint8 program will just stop suddenly on its own.
Heart Rate Beat Sensor doesn't Sync with this App and I can't log back in when re-installing, hence doesn't give me accurate information
I bought my GR7 indoor cycle June 2009. The apps works only for one month. Now 2021 the problem still the same. So I give up. Found Bitgym app and no problem.
Heart beat sensor not able to sync with this app, sensor working fine with Onelap Apps. Please rectify.

Found bike fine but didn't show any stats while moving etc. stops any spotify playlist.

Connects but Time is the only guage that works, speed distance etc show 0.
The app is in some Asian language. I am guessing it is Chinese. And I couldn't change it
I removed the fitDisplay app from my phone and installed the 'atZone' app as suggested below. Entered my email address and my password to create my account and again my email turned RED with an exclamation mark. Still unable to create an account and used the app. Bought the console but it is not much good without the app. Again very disappointing. Tried to make an account using the android app. When I entered my email address a message appeared 'Email format is incorrect'. I can fill in al the other fields but the account will not be created. Consequently I can't use the app. Disappointing. Can't rate the app because I can't use it!!
