Almost like having a personal fitness trainer with all the scientific data available instantly. I can definitely recommend FitMath - Fitness Calculator to anyone trying to figure out their level of fitness a accurately.
I have used this app for years and love the features. I recently had to delete the app from my phone along with other apps and now i cannot install it again? It just says "download pending " for hours until i hit cancel. I'm so dissapointed.

I am 5 foot 9 inches tall. I weigh 190 pounds . My body fat is 9.5% this app told me that I was obese and that my target body weight should be 148 pounds. The BMI calculation does not take body type into account. This application seems to be more useful for people who nave have less muscle mass
I think that one or two formulas for calculating something is pretty enough, especially because we don't know anything about them. Keep the most used or correct fprmula(s), because the differences between the results vary too much (for example, my body fat is 19.something with one formula and 24.something with the other one).
Great app, has options for more serious people who actually know there muscle mass, fat mass, and/or measurements, and gives very useful and well researched information based on that data. If your using this app solely for BMI estimations, any BMI estimations will not take body type in consideration. The app tells you that, alongside descriptions and basic info on the type of data it gives you and how it gets it.
Good app, but would be better if it could handle multiple named profiles and the actually info & calcs used were shown in notes (so we can check if they are up-to-date). Also, METs for activities based on an enterable duration would be helpful.
