App no longer working after update. App keeps crashing. Had to delete and reinstall app to get it to work

It was w9rking good until the update. Cannot even open, which is terrible because that's what I use to check into the gym

App crashed during start, since updated 4 days ago. Please fix it asap. ( pixel 6 pro, OS automatic updated)

Just did latest update, now app keeps crashing as soon as I launch it.

I like the app because, it's easy to mark my calendar with classes. The class descriptions and instructors are in plan view. The app is ready/ easy to use. However, there is no need to log in because using the fitness tracker is pointless and time consuming. The calendar and classes offered are not synced with the fitness tracker. It's really hard to guess what every activity is called in order to get some club ranking that is sheerly ego boosters.

For what this app provides I can just do the same as I've been doing, checking every single location for when they have Body Pump scheduled. I would like to select the class from a drop down and then for it to show me ALL of the gym locations and times available in my city or within x miles. If that's available on the app now, its not easy to locate. Don't see the point in the app when I can just continue doing what I've been doing. The info runs together and it does not form to fit my screen

All ot does it let you check class schedules... nothing else useful. I wish you could use the app to check-in instead of having to bring your card and ID everytime. Also wish it could track your workouts like Planet Fitness' (PF) app does. PF has QR codes on all of their machines to scan with the app and then you can either enter workout details, or, if it's a digital machine like a treadmill, you take a pic and the app scrapes the details. So you can track your progress.

Excellent gym a great experience all for a great price very friendly and awesome atmosphere I love all the classes they offer and lots of equipment for all your workout needs. Highly recommend great staff and members. The app is awesome since I go to a lot of classes I'm able to pull up the schedule any time for a list of daily classes.🙂🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♂️😍

I have gone into the gym itself to cancel my membership, they tell me just to do it online, so I do it online and it never cancels my membership. I have sent multiple emails to the email you provide, but still no response, but they will keep taking their fees every month. I have tried calling multiple times and I keep getting the same response.

App has a setting to show membership card in home screen, but it's not scannable. Front desk staff need to squint and read the member number and key it in manually. Odd that that functionality isn't built into their app and system.

Hours of operation are incorrect since reopening. No information posted about classes resuming. Would be nice to scan in with the app and track workout progress. At this point it's useless.

Useless. There's no barcode to swipe for check in at the gym. This is map showing their locations. What's a waste of bandwidth, time, and innovation. This one star is just for the lack of zero.

UPDATE: The virtual key tag has been re-installed. (Thank you sooo much) Also, kudos to whoever implemented push notifications to share news about club hour changes. App feature suggestion: Abillity to interface with Google, to enable real-time member volume at a given time of day, based on location/GPS sharing? And assign a "busy" rating of low, moderate, high? (Ie. How many people are at the gym, in real time, and how it relates to facility capacity) That way I know when to avoid busy times.

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! These people are trying to make money based on lies and a bad customer service. They promised me a personal training program and they failed to provide the service multiple times so I'm on my right to cancel the contract and get a refund but they still want to keep the money for that. The manager at the gym refused to cancel the "training program" and issue a refund. He also denied to provide his supervisor's phone number. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM AT ALL!

Not very useful. I thought it would be very similar to the PF app where you can actually track your workout. It definitely needs a LOT of enhancing!

What is the point of having an app for a gym if you cannot use it to store your check in tag? It is 2018, no one really likes to carry tags on their keys. Matter of fact is some people do not even carry keys anymore. Please update to allow members to check in with the app

I joined in January and I'm very glad I need, I have tried some of the classes and I have enjoyed my fitness challenge, everything you need to get healthy is at fitness connection. the only complaint I have is if another class is following the one you are in, people just come in while the instructor is finishing her class. I think there should be a sign outside the door asking people to wait until that class has finished before you come in.

I can't login on the app. It asks for an email address and password. My account was created online with a username and password.

Terrible cancelation process. Impossible to make a cancelation... In the age of computers, they make you send a pigeon across an ocean of BS. Not worth the trouble, if you can go to another gym.. DO IT!. 24HR fitness, LA fitness are waaay more professional... Closing your membership seems like a huge scamming process. Impossible to reach anyone about cancelling.

Unable to log in on the app, just like others users have reported in their review comments. I'm able to log in on the website just fine, but unable to log in via this app. Please correct that if you want app to be used.

App is pretty much useless. Really only used it so that I could scan my account so that I didn't have to keep my membership key tag, but it appears this function has been removed, so there is truly no point in having this app.

What is going on with the mobile app? It sucks
