Such a good app. Before that I ordered a personal programm but I can say only one thing. This app is much more effective than my personal plan. That was a big surprise! And I'm happy I have it :-) Will keep going my work outs!

I am sorry but first you pay the initial tax and then every single program costs a whole lot more. I guess this program is for wives of wealthy men with nothing better to do.
