I like being able to earn points to redeem at Fit Republic. I connected it to my Fitbit but it doesn't work properly. It registers workouts from the Fitbit but doesn't credit points for them unless I reenter them manually. Still, happy to get the rewards!

Whats up with the app not letting you log in to the membership/billing part of the app? Ive tried to change my password like 20 times and the temp password never works. Keeps saying cant find my info, password is wrong. ITS THE PASSWORD YOU GUYS GIVE ME!!! Please fix. Support was no help at all

They do not update challenges. The last one was in 2018. Please revive this app and make it more then just using it for checking into the gym.

This company is extremely shady. Cancelled my membership when a branch was closing, and they've charged me twice for membership fees after the cancellation. 0/10, I would not recommend this gym to absolutely anyone.

Whenever I try to create an account, it simply tells me that it can't find me in their system. Wish I could actually rate the app, but since I can't even begin to use it, it gets one star.

HORRIBLE- this app doesn't work for @#$%. Every time that I try to log in I get, "oop's something went wrong". Yeah, it's your app...

Nevermind the app. The customer support and service are terrible at best. No out of state admittance, no veteran support, and no unpaid guest enterance.

Cannot login at all. This is only for android app. iPhone app works perfectly fine.

Very helpful with setting goals for getting back in the gym.

My experienve was great. Very encouraging staff and employment.

It would help so much if there was a way to log the HIIT classes specifically

This app is okay but the gym that is in TULARE CA. has the rudest manager ever. I cancelled my membership because of the way she talk to me.

They went bankrupt and never refunded the $300+ I spent for sessions with one of their trainers after they said they would reimburse me.

Makes the reward system useless i cant redeem anything. Can anyone get back to this?

It would be cool if there was a picture progress section.

great app for a great gym.

I was a member for over five years. They kept closing the gym that I workout at. And never put money into the upkeep in the gym locker room and bathroom. A very unhealthy locker room and bathroom.

love it allows me to check in. and record my workouts

Keeps everything in the same place so I can see what I did.
