It doesn't make sense. There's no profile option, it's confusing on how to set the times. Apparently it's military time.

Really awesome! This is my first day using it and Im really impressed. Im on the easy workout, but you can still feel the impact it has! The workouts are understandable and really spaced out evenly. It also seems that the app functions offline which really helps! Good job you guys!
It's awesome. It has everything that a person needs. The only promotion could be the burnt callories according to the user's weight. Thank for this beneficial and free app which is also easy to use.
It's a very good app but please also guide about diet plan and the time of exercise what u prefer before eating or after eating
I love the concept of this app but I did it pointless to do the same 3 workous every week. There's not really a challenge and it doesn't fuel my interest because of that
