"device already activated...the associated account is logged in on another device". I am happy yo be a beta tester of this app. When signing in if a user is currently logges in on another device, said account should be bumped. I am on the device and had to restore my phone. As a result the app is useless because the software shows my account is signed on from an OS on phone that has been formatted. I updated to a differen email address but it did not help.

The app is fine it just sucks that I cant login via website. I honestly like the previous format better as well. Also the fact that you cant cancel your membership through the app is frustrating.

Can't use it despite having a membership for years now?? Errors out says I'm currently logged in somewhere else (website perhaps?) which considering I'm no longer permitted to access the website I find to be absolutely absurd! Going to uninstall and have to find somewhere else to help me workout I guess :(

Can't log into app, and reservations/account management are no longer available through a desktop. Poor rollout on Fitness One's part.

Won't let me login. It keeps saying that I'm already logged in on another device but has no options to fix this...

Hate being forced to use the app. If the app doesn't work, there isn't a way to use the website.
