Fitness Pal is an all in one fitness app. All components are completely functional offline. Note: This app uses the menu button, access to this will differ based on the device (Used by pedometer to change settings and workout tracker to add exercises and gain access to settings). The app also has a sleep-lock so close app when not in use, and stop pedometer, otherwise battery will drain a bit faster. Heart monitor requires 10-30 seconds to make accurate reading (Do not press too hard on camera as this will reduce blood flow and give a false reading). Also the heart monitor does not function without a camera flash.Important that you ensure that you have a PDF reader app installed, as this is required to open some documents in the app.

This is one of the best health application...I have a suggestion for the development team related to application enhancement..I mean if somebody want to gain the muscles, what meal and excersise are good for him as per his BMI and same for fat loss.sometime people got confused like they have lot of fat in their belly and love handle area but their legs and hand are are very thin, should they go for mass gain or fat loss.. there should be some Q and A section where people can clarify their doubt... thanks

Went to the beginners exercise workout and it states to do pushups,pullups and chinups as a beginner at 370 pounds I can't do neither of these so I guess I don't feel like that's good for beginners

My opinion, as both a personal trainer and a person who just loves to do new and fun workouts, is that this app is absolutely amazing in many ways. I do see one big downside to it...the people who use this correctly might be a client less for me ;P

Please fix. Whenever I put in new entry on my calorie tracker the old one disappear. Otherwise everything is good. My phone is samsung galaxy core 2 if thats help.
