Ears Open! Look gents, I used this app to get into the finest fighting force in the entire planet, obviously the USMC, trackin? Not only did i get in, but my instructors were blown away by how physical fit i was all thanks to this highly motivated app. See, i wasnt the highest of the tight before i used this app, understand? But after using discipline and sacrificing those nights going to chubbys and hitting the pool and gym I was a PT machine, good to go? Download this app right dogon now. Out.
I find this app to be one of the best exercise regiments I have ever seem. It's a gray way to get in shape, simply because of its versatility. If you can make this work for you & stick with it, you will not be sorry. -D
Awesome app! Could still be a bit more clear on exactly how the workouts are suppose to flow, but w some experience you get what they mean.
The exercise is great 4 weeks and I feel almost as good as the day I graduated bootcamp 18 years ago. But take caution Android users I lost 4 weeks of notes and data because of the Android 10.0 update.
Highly recommended app for those looking to go to MARSOC A&S. I only had the handbook back in 2013/2014, and I wish I had this back then.
Definitely getting into shape, really preps you for water training and the running you will need to be able to do.
Almost exact to the A/S prep course thats on the Marines Raider website. This had me running perfect PFT for Recruit training with ease. 10/10 would recommend 👌

The workouts here will get you into the perfect shape for any endevor, wether you go into the the Marines or not, it is bettet to be over prepared than underprepared

Its painful at the beginning because you get sore and the reason you get sore is because its your first time actually doing this workout this way so, it hurts. But,if you do it right after a week in a half you start seeing good results.
Being in the infantry, this helps a lot and gives you something to do on your down time. I would highly recommend this app to all personnel who want to better themselves.

Upside, GREAT workout design. DEFINITELY created to give you the most benefit with the least amount of injury possible. Downside, the interface is ugly as sin and sometimes the instructions for movement are confusing. 7/10 worth the effort and one of the best out there.
Good stuff. Great for someone who enjoys using minimal equipment while keeping the intensity high. I like how each workout is multiple parts (1.5m cardio followed by lifting circuit followed by abs, etc). I usually have to abbreviate the workouts down to 2 to 3 rounds for length, but I prefer having to cut a workout down rather than crummy 20 minute workouts that don't do much for me. In my opinion, one of the most comprehensive, thorough, FREE workout apps out there.
