In a word? Terrible. Updating info fails, shows incorrect info in fields, doesn't remember you logged in and forces you to log on just to check in. Check-in is buried in the app instead of being default at open. Much worse than the previous app they used.
Thought it couldn't get worse, but it has. No crashes upon start every time. Before that barely worked, required login every single time and fingerprint didn't work.
Very sloppy authentication and usage. Fingerprint authentication doesn't work and once turned on can't log in to the app. Old app was much better.
I wonder how much they paid for this cr'app. Crashes at login, doesn't accept good password for reset. Tried everything under the sun to get it going with my non-beginner Android skills and finally giving up on this hot garbage. Old app was at least functional!
Trash app, can't even login. I can't reset my password. Doesn't seem to be connected to any actual member database.
Doesn't work. Crashes on every boot and won't open. Unusable. Even after full reinstall.
Probably the worst app that I have to use. Why does the app log out? Keep us logged in so we can use the check-in barcode without need to waste time to enter our password every day.
There is no way to create a new user in the app or the website. Not a lot of information on how to actually create an account. After I was able to get some info, the website suggested that I need to email your team to get an account. I did email you 2 weeks ago and I never heard from you.
Keeps crashing. Won't even open to let me check in. Previous app was bad but at least you could check in with it
Works to check in. Once you're logged in, which requires several steps. It doesn't remember you or the fingerprint. Fix log in
Hopefully their developers have enough time to fix their app during the covid19 shutdown.

Apps keeps crashing when I open it
Can't login, staff when asked have no idea either. Wait until fix to install.

Wow. This app is a complete dumpster fire. It's just a slow web page inside an app, half the functionality doesn't work, and it forgets all your info so you have to log in again each time you open it.
