I have tried this band (b500 ultra) for 3 days now. Sleep Tracker never logged any data (neither in band nor in app). Blood Pressure data also doesn't get updated in the app. However it does calculate calories and steps. It supports my treadmill cardio workout but not strength training. The worst part there is no online support or community pages to share the agony and you are left all alone.
Dont go for this product. In 5k you can get so much better product. I bought ultra one and it has all cons more than i can tell. Range with blutooth is just 2 metre approx after that it will not detect any phone come. Both the bp and heart beat are far from accurate. Not water and sweat proof.
This app is not syncing the steps and calorie data. Everyone you need to unpair and then pair to reflect the correct data. Sleep data and heart rate all data not reflecting. Needs lot of improvement.
this really a waste product. it gets disconnected multiple times with the phone. Even it will not collect the data correctly. So instead of wasting money by buying this product I suggest to go with some other products.
Very Stable app, unlike the others I've tried and had to get rid of, this app is quite comprehensive with set of useful exercises with fantastic photos. Very professional. I've tried and i really liked the app
lots of issues 1. frequently disconnected 2. no push notifications for call message 3. watch data not syncing with app 4. Fast discharge 5. not saving sedentary alerts 6. not able to update the profile 7. help centre not picking call want to sue the company in consumer court
Useless app. Bas interface. does not sync with the device after first time. no uodate of data.
app does not work Sleep data not pickedup correctly or not picked up at all walking also not picked up correctly i am still not able to accept this as valid app, sorry not found any improvement in this app it either note distance walked or notes sleep taken never both on same day I feel I have wested money on this app
At first it was not synchronising but after uninstalling and again re-installing app now my mevofit ultra now working like charm and synchronising with this app perfectly.
what's the problem? why it get disconnect?Please update your version. my Bluetooth is always on but still it get disconnected.. Every time.. please do needful
This is a very worst app and b500 ultra is also very worst product tried connecting with the app it's not syncing though the bluetooth is on and it's very close to the phone as well though it's not connecting and not even showing my watch this is a very very worst product not even a single start for the product waste of time and money
Not getting sleep data. even after synchronizing multiple times, app is not showing latest data.
Don't go for this product I bought this product but it is not helpful for me because it's bluetooth range only 2 meter and bp feature not displayed on this watch and not vibration while phone call comes and alarm so not destroyed your 5000 rupees
The app is excellent everything works very smooth though it takes time to load some times in note 9
always showed trouble and finally got disconnected and the watch showed wrong reading for time and date.
Sedentary alarm is not working, unable to switch of the band. Poor response from message center

Whenever I try to change the display settings of the fitband this app force stops everytime.

Very buggy. It was working fine initially. But since last month, it stops working. Gets disconnected very often. I have checked and given all possible permissions and settings required, but it's just not improving.
