Very, very disappointed. The app does not open even after several installations. Data that is collected on the IG page does not synchronise with the app. One has to re-enter everything all over again. For all the good advertisement, it is sad to be just hot air that remains. Even after writing the support team no feedback at all. Not able to open it during the trial and when I cancelled my subscription they still proceeded to deduct 2months fees of $89. It's a con, please don't click on the ads
Not working and you have to pay. I subscribed for a month to give it a chance. First of all, it says 1.12$/week but when you sign up for a month it's about 19$. Secondly, after completing everything, the Intro workout is just loading endlessly, and you can't do anything past that really. And finally, looks like the Customer service team uses the same copy/paste reply on every comment, regardless of what it says. Don't waste your money on this scam :) I'm getting a refund.
The app is way too buggy and they can't seem to find a fix for it. The workouts that I've been able to do have been good but I either can't get in the app to keep my progress going or I have to try to access the app 50 times before it will accept that I have a paid subscription or it just won't work all together. When I Uninstaller and reinstall it resets the progress so I start over with the same workouts.
Interested in trying out the app and seeing if it's worth subscribing. I was automatically subscribed after not initially wanting to. I managed to cancel my subscription though after much difficulty. Hope the unsubscribing steps is made easier in the future. So far those are my impression. I'll edit my review after trying the fitness features of the app.
Rip off. I have now the 7-days "free" trial (you pay $1) for programs that don't even want to open. U only get the notification that you're not connected to the internet,even if I am. It looked promising. But the excersises won't open or start so what's the point of paying for something that doesn't even work if there are apps that are free and work even better. So don't do it.
Twice I was unable to access my app. Once I had to completely restart and another time it just wouldn't work at all. The app was down. I can't change my intensity and it went back to moderate difficulty and should be set on high. I love how practical or is when it works, but it needs some improvements.
Decent enough with good workouts. But they have clearly not put muc effort into development for the app interface for android. It is clunky as hell. I saw someone using it on an iPhone and it looked unrecognisable. Miles better on that and had useful features that I couldn't find in the android version such a pre downloading workouts
Got a trial to try, forgot to cancel, as I didn't have time use it, it automatically charged me 89$ for 2 months! Than of course, 2 time, as I missed notification in my email, anyway, in the app itself, they have deal for 6 months only79$, so i don't like the sneaky apps like this, charge you more than in gym for f 2.months, meanwhile promote 6motnhs deal. Go to hell
I just got a free trial. I. So glad I did not but the 6months that was offered. I almost did because it seemed like a good deal. Until I tried the app. I set up my name and weight and my goal weight. Then when I wanted to start I hit start and the thing says I'm not connected to the internet. But I definitely am connected. This App does not work. I tried several times. Even uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same message. What a bummer.
The worst app ever! I purchased a trial on instagram and have tried to contact them about how to log into the app without buying a new deal and have tried to get any help from customer service and they are no help whatsoever! Highly unprofessional! There are so many better apps that have actual people to call if you need help. Ive emailed them many times to at least help cancel my payment of $90 every two months and im getting scammed! Go elsewhere for fitness apps.
Horrible!!! Not a damn person even got back to me after it charged me $89 after a $1 "free trial!" And it just has photos of what blueberries do for your body. Total scam!!! Then after downloading it, no one magically can even get in contact with you. I had to change my bank account and everything because of this Horrible experience!! Biggest waste of an app in the play store. If i could give it 0 stars- i would!
An absolute scam. Got a subscription that I immediately regretted. Tried to cancel through the app but that doesn't work, tried to cancel online and it didn't work. Contacting their customer support is an exercise in madness, with them replying only in the middle of the night will often go 12 hours before contacting you with the same useless bot. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.
The content and videos are great but it keeps defaulting to the subscription page EVERY TIME I log in! Once this happens it's hard to get past this screen. Your response doesn't address my issues at all. The app doesn't recognize me as already being subscribed at all!! Please address my issue or will be seeking a refund legally
SCAM! - 3 day trial is ridiculously short and after trying to find out how to cancel make sure I wasn't auto subscribed at the end of 3 days I couldn't find it. Apps developer literally copy pasted the same response for every problem even when people are saying support isn't getting back to them the response on here is to email support. Couldn't even see the first days exercise before signing up for the trial which automatically goes into a subscription. SCAM.
It´s a complete scham. DON´T DOWNLOAD THIS. I WROTE several emails asking for help to manage my subscription and have ZERO help. Not even to cancel, just to use it. GARBAGGE! "I had to put my credit card to see the info and the app itself. When it was coming to an end, i tried to cancel on the app and couldnt find the place. Forgot about it, got charged and more than 1 wk later and a bunch of unanswered emails I got a total careless respond. Saying they cant cancel the charge on my credit card (in my country you have 24 hours to ask the cancellation) because i "misinterpreted" the cancelation policy. Others app would understand the situation and try to solve it."
I don't mind the subscription fee, but you can find the same information online with a quick search. After it asked me if I want to lose or gain weight (I need to gain muscle mass) it proceeds to tell me to lose weight. No nutritional guide as well. If your not eating correctly then all the excursise is half useless
it is very unuseful cause after i fill all the information suddenly it is not free. its 8 dollars for a week . is that netflix. i swear to god that in my city the gym is more cheap than this app. it would've been great if it was free. because all the 1or2 stars reviews i can see is about people who have problems with the price of the assingment or an payment issues
Not happy with This app at all, just keeps taking money out of my account which is too expensive everyweek when it was supposed to be free first month and one payment for a 3 month or 6 month subscription..... Ive sent email to cancel and they dont even reply... Had to change my bank account details just to avoid more payments being taken... Didnt use the app once. Went back to following routines off pinterest.....
It seems I wasn't the only one who had an issue unsubscribing as well as getting charged.. if there was such a thing as giving 0 stars, that's exactly what I would've selected and I wasn't even able to use the app in the first place Cx service is terrible - I've been going back and forth with them for a week DO NOT RECOMMEND
I like this app. If i have trouble accessing it. I go to the play store and open it from there and im good. The workouts are increasing intensity as i keep using it. Ive lost almost 10 lbs in about 6 weeks using the weight loss program. Gonna try the hourglass next and then go back to weight loss. Thanx for an easy app to keep me moving and motivated
They supper reached out to me and the app is fixed now. Gotta do the workout and then report back on how they are, so far so good. I got the 6 month membership and after that the app has not loaded a single workout. Everytime I click on a workout it just keeps loading and nothing happens. I updated my phone too and nothing changed. Very disappointing...
I subscribed to this app by paying a fee for 7days trial, but I was not able to login when I downloaded the app, I have been asked for payment again, I contacted the support for help, but I am informed that I have to try again, but at the point where I am, there is no way back either you pay or you can do nothing. This kind of issue can be fixed by simply performing a checking, but my email has been replied by a lazy person which will make this app lose client.
This app is a rip off!! I ended up not using the app, due to another free app working better. I canceled my free trial subscription and thought nothing of it. Next thing I know, $86.99 is pulled from my account! They refused to refund my money, saying I didn't fully cancel because I didn't click a link they supposedly sent.. There wasn't a linkever sent!!! This app is a total rip off!!! Do not use!!! I would give them negative feedback if I could. I contacted Google play about this scam app!
The exercises are good, and it lets you pick your intensity and schedule, but there's no notifications so you have to remember to open the app on the right days, also, half the time the app won't even open, it just leaves you on the screen where it begs for money. I paid this piece of garbage 25 bucks. Don't make my mistake. This is a glorified timer with flash cards for different exercises. It's not worth 50 dollars a year
Legally speaking getfit apps needs to inform the client about the end of the trial period and the start of the new subscription. Your policy applies to a client who was aware of the subscription and who has consented to the use of your services. I pay 1$ for customized plan, that I never received. Stay away from this app or organisation. They took money out of my account without any concent. I deleted their application from my phone and I got charged 89$. They didn't even emailed.
Tried to cancel the subscription but cannot find anywhere on both Apps store and inside the app itself. Managed to cancel via email, HOWEVER, it still took me 2 months subscription which I didn't agree to subscribe. Request to withdraw it but only received automatic replies. So disappointed!
Cancelled my auto renew option the day after I purchased a 6 month subscription and it no longer gives me access to the work outs I already paid for. BS. You can't even see what the apps about until you lock into a subscription. Not a good way to do business. Peloton app is a much better app and user friendly.
I want to cancel but cannot find away to do it! I got a 3 day trial period. Thought I would be interested in this app and only way I could see it is if I signed up and paid for it I'd tried it for 3 days free. I'm not going to try it, I'm not interested and it seems as they will make me pay at least one week before I can cancel! It's a scam to get you for some money, somehow! Found a way to cancel, you can't do it from the app, you need to go back to the page you downloaded it from.
Scam. Subscribed, paid for 3 months more than it was advertised for, money taken, app not working, could not log in. I was emailing them for 2 days, they were promising to solve it shortly. When it was not working on the third day I cancelled subscription, requested refund several times, noone replied for over a week now. Absolute waste of time and money, will report them. Then in their response they direct me to the support email which they do not respond to. Absolutely useless.
Work out plans and corresponding videos are of good quality. The app seems responsive and offers some basic personalization options. However, the subscription service is not made clear before downloading. The trial is too short for users to know whether they would benefit from using the app before having to commit to paying and the subscription fee is too high.
