only suggestion, I wish more new exercises would update over time to do! along with a section for just body workouts, so no weights or equipments needed you can do other then just at the gym.
i just work out 10 min everyday or every other day regularly with this.the results are amazing .i am fitter and muscular. Most of this fitness also relates to everyday well-being. This app is amazing.i am enjoying it on consistent basis.

I have 2 kids, a 3 and 1 year old & this app is perfect to fit a bit of exercise into an already full on day! I go as hard as I can for every exercise to get the most out of it - combined with healthy eating I'm definitely seeing results!

Easy workout, Fitness Workouts. I do much better with a Pilates mat for the crunches, but other than a chair and a wall, you need nothing else. The best part is getting a little 'gold star
