No way to renew. I have tried online from my PC and also from my phone with different credit cards. I called Anytime Fitness corporate, I talked with Google. I emailed the developers. Nothing has been fixed. I want to use this app with my clients. But have had to do other apps instead. Breaks my heart as it is a decent app and pretty straightforward.

I have been using this app for years. I don't know why people are complaining - the free version includes enough workout programs to keep you going and if you're serious you can upgrade to premium (which is a fraction of the cost of having a personal trainer) and downgrade any time you've had enough. I've reinstalled this app on every phone I've had over the years and I simply don't exercise without it.

I love the ease of this app, very user friendly. The variety of exercises is great with alot of Functional Movements using kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension, BOSU, Swiss Ball, free weights, bodyweight and machine exercises. Quality is top knotch. Never had any problems. I've been using Fitness Builder for more than 10 years.

Pretty awful.. there's no way to unsubscribe. My account says free but it charged me $64 a few days ago. I have no way to unsubscribe. The app doesn't provide a way to cancel and neither does website as the subscription button doesn't work. And my account says free and asks if I want to upgrade. Very scammy and worrisome. Please do not give them credit card info

I LOVED this app, but now it's going away! I opened the app only to find it won't be supported anymore come March 2021. It says I can still use it until October 2021, but that's not the best. Now I'm searching for a replacement app. :( It's frustrating that it's going away because I loved the VAST quantity and quality of exercises it has available. AND the ability to create my own plan, not to mention the ability to log my workouts in detail. I'm scouring the internet to find a replacement.

When you subscribe for the service, the value add is minimal. Additionally, these guys don't allow you to unsubscribe from the app - you have to actually go to the website, login and then delete your credit card details and unsubscribe from a relatively obscure menu item - quite a shady method of locking subscribers in if you claim to be adding value to subscribers.

Avoid like the plague. The app crashes continually and there is no way to cancel a monthly subscription - none of the options suggested on their website work and they are uncontactable. Had to get my credit card company to block further payments

I would have left more stars because the database is truly vast. However, the site inexplicably goes down and it's usually when I need for my clients. It's very frustrating.

Do not download this app. It is no longer working. After you download it and try to use it, you will get a message telling you it's no longer working and they're "trying" to remove it from the Google store. Save yourself the trouble.

It's practically useless unless you buy premium, and I even see where people that have paid for the subscription say that you barely get anything worthwhile on it. Quit being greedy and find another way to make money. This is rediculous.

its ok. tricky to unsubscribe as an android user and it shouldn't be. the workouts are "OK" I kept trying to get them mixed up more with what i had to use and it wouldn't do it. (i.e. kettle bells and dumb bells and barbells)

Very complete for several workouts levels. The only thing to improve to consider workouts that require two sides workouts for sets.

Most workouts are locked until i pay for the upgraded version. Also phone is very slow after downloading this app. Uninstalling immediately.

Even after I cancelled my subscription, I still got charged for a full year when I don't even use the app anymore. I emailed them and still haven't gotten a response about my refund.

this app jipped me out of $1. by posing as my wireless carrier, T-Mobile, saying if i took the survey I'd get the samsung 10 for $1. then asked for my email and card number. then told me to download this app that i can't even login to due to no password or way to get ahold of anyone. I thought this was all about a phone. I'm not and never was looking for a fitness app.I'm quite pissed and i want my $1 back!!!

The best coaching/workout app I have come across. Simple, well developed and user friendly. I Love it!

App is going away from the google store, can't open it anymore, I just bought the 1 month plan 3 day ago. Going to try refund.

Great fitness app. Didn't know there was a paid version. Free version works so well for me.

Great app for workout programs, but if you're foolish enough to activate the subscription they make it near impossible to unsubscribe

Honestly I'm using this for 6 yrs with my clients and I don't want to find other app, even do it's price is more , I don't care coz I use it...pls let me know what will happen here.....I really love this and help me alot..

Changed from 5 stars to 1. Can't renew in the app or online. That makes it useless. Tried 5 times. Sad.

There is no way to cancel paid subscription in the app and the website doesn't work. Do not give them your money.

Cannot cancel paid subscription, and an extra $125 unauthorized charge was made today!
