Even though there is native integration for data transfer from Garmin to Strava, I needed this, as I had to transfer data from Garmin to two seperate strava accounts. Have followed the instructions as per the FitnessSyncer support for exporting data from Garmin to Strava. No matter how many times I manually try to sync, the data does not get transferred to Strava.

Fantastic! Been using a similar app for almost 3 years now (which has been perfect for my needs save a few glitches periodically due to 3rd party issues) but this has so many other features that I didn't realise I needed (until now!). There are some minor tweaks to the app (hence 4* review) but I'm sure the developers are on it. Would appreciate the option to pay a one-off or annual fee rather than monthly subscription but I'm using the web version for the time being. Very impressed. Thank u!

I am upgrading my review to 4 stars. I decided to give this another go. Like before, importing data so far has worked great. Now I also got it to export body comp to Samsung Health, which I couldn't get working before. Blood pressure doesn't seem to sync to sheath, but other than that it seems to be working quite alright now. I hope you guys can keep improving the service, it is really useful. Please work on the UI though, date of birth select won't scroll though years with swiping.

Not working at all. Start the app, go to log in and fill in my details. Now the loading bit just keeps spinning and never logs in. Quit the app and start it again. This now no longer shows any buttons, all I get is a FitnessSyncer background screen with nothing. Sometimes there is a screen with multiple selections, but it disappears to the above empty screen within a second, so I can't actually see the options at all. Tried clearing data and cache, but this just goes back into the above problem.

Free version only allows 5 sources or destinations of data combined. It has potential with the ability to better sync all of your data and present it in graphs you'd want. App to website seems a great idea to see charting on a bigger screen. This has potential. I WOULD purchase an app like this for a one-time fee, but monthly or yearly subscriptions are not worth it to me. The free version would likely work if you were trying to get data from a Fitbit into one repository only. I use Samsung Health and GoogleFit, run several fitness apps and have them all feed into either / both of these. The concept is there, but the execution, limitations in a free version, and subscription model made me uninstall.

This app was ok before the latest update (3.0?). Sure it crashed and said the data sources were missing but after a few closing and reopening the app, they came back and I was able to hit sync. The latest update has removed the 'sync' button so I can't manually sync. And even though it says the latest update was done recently, some of my activities haven't transferred. I'll give it a bit more time before I uninstall (in case this is fixed)

I was about to give a 5 star but couldn't. It does a good job for syncing data from ride with gps (source) to endomondo and strava (both as destinations). Only problem is it is showing "an unknown error occurred" (not in app but in web) while trying to sync activity data to mapmyfitness (destination). Not syncing for mapmyfitness. Please solve it and get a 5 star rating! (Solved after time zone setting accordingly. Thanks to support team😊)

Shocking to say the least. It hardly ever opens and once running (if you are lucky enough) it takes ages to sync. It also does not help with Samsung Health and Discovery Health points. The app's data is not accepted by Discovery. So no point in downloading the app - don't waste your time and energy on this rubbish app.

Installed in hopes of syncing missing activities between apps. Started app, gave permissions, registered then it just hangs on the Sources screen with a circle loading sign and does absolutely nothing. If I tap the Samsung Health icon on the top, there is a message about needed permission to be granted, but no options to grant them and no further information. Tapping the ? on the tope to get help only shows the word Help, but nothing happens. Author obviously has not tested on a device were this has never been installed on with a fully active and current Samsung Health and Strava installation! Device is a Samsung S10. This app should be removed from the play store, and isn't even at a Alpha level quality.

Used to be good but not any longer. Hangs almost every time it starts or takes a very long... often with just a white screen. When it does work, it often forgets passwords both for the app itself and the fitness apps its syncing too. I have tried reinstalling. With each update of the android version on my phone the problems seem to get worse and when it does work it is very slow. This is syncing Garmin to Fitbit. Unfortunately, this seemed to be the last App that seemed to do this correctly.

I'm not sure why this app is getting so many bad reviews but I enjoy it's use. It's simple and straightforward. Add your services source(s) and then tell it the destination services. It then syncs and you're good to go. At least, it was that simple for me syncing runkeeper to Strava.

I own a popular flagship OnePlus 7 Pro and the app won't even open. After installation TRYING to register for an account it completely locked up the phone. I forced a device restart and tried to open the app. The opening screen showed up with the options to create account, login, etc. I tried both create and login, in case the account was created the first time, and it did nothing. A great idea for an app, unfortunately, the execution is an epic fail.

Promising service but the design could use a modern touch up. I feel like I'm looking at excel graphs. Would actually pay for a premium plan if all data were accessible on the level of garmin connect web with a modern looking dashboard. Will look for alternatives but might revisit Fitnesssyncer in the future.

It works, but each individual data point is a different source, which is annoying and seems to be a money grab since they limit you to 5 sources or destinations before needing to buy the subscription. I'm still not sure if there syncing is worth the monthly cost.

This app is garbage. It is the most unintuitive, underdeveloped app I've ever attempted to use. Uninstalled after less than two days of trying to make it work. Also, permissions are sketchy. It says none are required, which is suspicious. And while the app was open, a screen flashed requesting permission to access my photos and other info on my phone, but then disappeared before I could respond. Why would it need access to my photos? Bizarre, and too concerning for privacy to ignore.

Used the free version and had a message telling me to buy pro to see my data. Purchased the pro version and I still can't see any new data from Google Fit, sleep as android or MyFitnessPal. Contacted support, they told me the problem is on Google Fit side (fit sync well with my others apps) they say they cannot reimburse because I bought from play store.

Even though the android app is a bit clunky, I really appreciate the effort it takes being the bridge between so many ecosystems. The browser based service has more features, and allows for destinations to be deleted. Initially, I almost gave up, but I finally got Withings Weight to sync to Strava, and now my wife's weight does not load into my Strava as it did using IFTTT. Thanks for making it free and five sources is generous particularly since I am only using one.

Ale. S. Dec 9, 2020

Conceptually good but buggy and unintuitive. Just make select boxes look like select boxes, you are hurting yourself with it looking the way it does. Also, after adding one source, my list of available things to sync got shortened to like 5 things for some reason and I couldn't even select weight to sync anymore.

Sync to GoogleFit 2as buggy before but now it does not work at all since about two months. Have tried many things with permissions as suggested in help but that doesn't work. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the App, tried from their website as well but it just can't export to or sync with Google Fit.

I like this app, it synced from my source to my required destination. It doesn't give you instantaneous results, looking next day is best. I had a problem and sent a help ticket, and got a swift comprehensive response. I have NEVER had such good support, and I use the free option

It plain does not work with Samsung Health. Been through multiple installs, sent my logs to support, and they say they see nothing wrong. Yet it refuses to connect to Samsung Health to deliver my fitbit data. What an utter waste of time this experience has been.

Edited my review to reflect my lastest thoughts. The app itself works great with Samsung Health and provides a slew of places to push your data to. Looking into the API and how things work it's not fitnesssyncers fault that the information I was looking for was not readily available. Everything you ask it for it can give to you and is powerful enough, but unfortunately I've chosen not to continue with it due to Samsungs short comings.

Fitnesssyncer is the BEST I've ever found, for displaying a huge variety of health data on a single dashboard. In my case, I have a Renpho digital scale which sends my weight to Samsung Health, and my Samsung phone itself has built-in pedometer. Simply by installing this Fitnesssyncer app, it uploads my weight and steps from Samsung Health and creates easy to read graphs ( thanks to Eric the developer generously helping me configure these!) in my Fitnesssyncer cloud Pro browser account ($4/mo).

App works great! Am using it to sync Withings, Garmin and Samsung health. Am also using the charts in the app and syncing the calendar to Outlook. Now I can see where I should be doing more exercise 😁 Great support from Eric! Definitely worth the price of subscription if you ate using multiple apps.

Jay. P. Mar 23, 2019

It works great with getting the data from Garmin device, but does not transfer the data to google fit or other destinations very well. Great concept, but the implementation leave much to be desired.

Cat. V. Nov 15, 2018

Bugs are to be expected, but after some very quick and painless communication with the developer, the problems I was having were fixed in literally minutes. Quick and effective support counts for so much! I can finally sync my Garmin to Google fit. Thank you

Absolutely dismal, bug ridden, constantly crashing app. Could be good but looks horribly under developed, lousy interface and doesn't sync without constantly shutting down. Have a play for free but for goodness sake do not give them any money!

Updating my review. I found out that it was not this app that is creating the multiple entries but is Samsung Health up. Upgrading to 3 stars. The reason I give 3 stars because of the monthly subscription instead of a one off paid app. Also the free version only allows 5 data source. Not cool. I found another better app and its a one off paid app.
