Fitplay: Apps & Rewards - Make money playing games

I have been using the fitplay app for almost a year now and when I updated one of the apps in fitplay I got a message that said suspicious behavior from me and now I can't go into the app. I have built up over 50 000 coins and now everything is lost!!! Lot of time wasted. By the looks of it, the developer isn't interested in fixing the problem, because there are absolutely no responses on any of the reviews 😐

Why I must login to my paypal account for withdraw ? This is a old trick for get account information, this trick called PHISING. Why cannot use email or number phone for get paid ? This is have a high risk get stolen account from this app. Thanks for wasting my time to your app. I never believe this app and developer anymore. I don't know why people not afraid the account can hacked from developer.

This was a great functioning app but about 3 days ago ( that I noticed) I'm not on everyday and now everything is zeroed out. I contacted support and they send an automated message about there being too many users and it's just slow. This is not the case since I see others are having the same issue. Yeah 47,000 coins gone and no actual answer from support. DON'T DOWNLOAD or you get screwed.

Why Everytime after update, I can't open this app? Why it's saying email is invalid, session expired. Even when I am trying to log in with Facebook, it is showing log in error

Was working great. Then suddenly it zero'd my 140,000 coins and signed me out and won't let me sign back in!

Current update made it impossible to log in. I get errors with both email and Facebook.

Fn awful! Scam. I played the apps for literally HOURS and got zero coins, but I'm sure they made money off of me. I emailed them at least 12 times and have never gotten a single response. The app is horrible and not worth it when there are much, much betters ones out there. What a waste of time thinking I would eventually get the credits. Wish I could leave negative stars! Don't fall for it!

Can really cash out for cash without any catches or having to spend money. Fun games that I would play anyways.

It worked great when I first installed. Then it stopped counting my time and coins. Not long after it stopped all together no matter what game I installed. It started working again and now it's not. Once this is fixed for good I'll give a five star rating. I have been paid plenty of times with no problems. In my opinion this app is better by far than other apps I've tried. So I'm hoping for a fix so it stays a good app.

Can't get into it after the last update and it takes forever to get $5.00.. I did enjoy 1of the games. So sad ..bye now.

Since last update it doesn't register my apps being played anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled them but my coin level does not change and the time played on it does not change. I have sent 3 messages at different times to them to help get it fixed but I have recieved no response on any. Horrible customer service. I used to like the app but not anymore! Plus they lie when it says $20 in PayPal. I got $18 and change due to the exchange rate to CDN. If it says $20 then I should get that!!!

Worked well until my phone tore up and had to get new phone, same model and phone number. Sent message over month ago with no response. Lost my money.

Update- I have played most of all the games decently needs a re boost of newer games. If not soon I will have to delete but it true to what it says and does pay off. I have been playing for over two years made alot of money. Will remain if newer games come. I got my gift card less than 24 hrs. Very easy to use in store or on lone. Def going to keep playing.

I can't open this app. It says system not functioning, restart the app to try again later. But If I will restart it all my earnings will be gone.

Downloaded and they only have one game to download and play. What a wasted of time for me.

Cannot log in after update. Shame as I used it since 2020.

Now i don't stay logged in. I'm playing the games I've installed and not compensated. Waste of time

Awesome choice of games. No restrictions on the game just play and get paid for the time you play. Choice of payment as well. This was true until all my coins disappeared and I couldn't get Fitplay to tell me where they went nor how to get them back. I deleted the whole thing. I felt CHEATED!!!!

Since the latest update, my progress coins all are gone, back to zero coin. Please fix the problems.

Just started using it, and already having issues. I believe I've used this app a few years ago, and it said it would take 7 business days to cash out the $20 PayPal. It never did. This time around, I played for a total of 32 minutes, it only recorded 9 minutes, and now the app just sits on the FitPlay screen without actually loading the app. Sent a message through the app about the time, no response as of yet, but it was less than an hour ago when I sent it. I'll update if there is a change

Worked great the first time I had it downloaded. I've since re-downloaded (with more time to play games), and now there is no way to cashout! Paypal doesn't work and the input field for email address isn't active, so I can't receive other rewards either! Not to mention I've not been credited for some of the coins I should have received, as others have mentioned. No response when you contact support, either. Should have known, total scam. Don't waste your time.

The app worked well enough until I upgraded my phone and started playing a new game on it that I was enjoying and therefore earning points. I then received a message when I tried to log in that there was "suspicious activity detected on my account" which had been suspended and to make contact. I filled in the contact screen several times and heard nothing. My email was bounced back. I had money owing but have given this up and uninstalled after 3 months of no contact.

App worked fine last year however getting coins for usage is sporadic so I decided to cash out and it is now requiring facial recognition and login info for paypal. Not just email but also password. Tried contacting them many times but the website domain and email address does not exist. Tried to cancel the membership and even that does not exist. Total scam at this point. Such a shame, I enjoyed the games.

This app won't verify my email and you have to jump through hoops for a payout(won't pay out). I refuse to take a photo for verification. What photo would it be compared to to prove who I am if I never sent/took photo. This is another scam to get people to play their games not including the hundreds of dollars I spent on in game purchases. I am extremely disappointed. Please cancel my membership.(Can't do this either) Thank you in advance.

Seriously...It arbitrarily switched to "Play & Collect" right after I installed a suggested game. Not only that, it converted all my games in "My Apps" with a very low time/coin ratio, e.g. Pop Slots went from 32 coins/minute to only 3/minute. Cleaned the cache, reinstalled the app, rebooted, but it won't go back to "normal" and it's stuck to that Play & Collect system. Nevermind trying to contact support, no one at JustDice ever replies. Ever.

I have been playing via FitPlay for about a month or so and have not had any problems... Until the day before yesterday. For some reason, that game in the My Apps section of FitPlay reads: "Play 0 seconds to get 0 coins. Total playtime 0 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds. What happened and who can I contact to get this fixed? I play a lot of EverMerge, so it's not possible that FitPlay is suddenly not picking it up as it was before. Ugh! Now Candy Crush is doing it! Dropping from 4 stars to 2!

A year ago I would have rated this app well. Gave periodic new game suggestions, a few of which I still play, easy to cash out. Then they introduced facial verification as an absolute requirement for payouts (no other option available if you don't have working camera, etc.). Now they took away the game suggestions and pay by play time and replaced it with a dumb list of app challenges, most of which require me to spend money. Why would I spend money for an app that is supposed to pay me??? :-(
