Easy to use. Easy go understand. A delay when notification show up on the watch. No updates whatsoever 😕! Does not synchronize with that of the phone !
The Bluetooth in the app never connects to the watch, therefore it's impossible to set the time, which makes the watch useless. And why does it demand to have access to my files? This is suspicious. We should be able to set the time manually. This is such a disappointment.
watch disconnects and won't 're sync this was happening every other month. I have followed all instructions. 're booted Bluetooth, and now it won't pair at all.. waste of money. also nothing is accurate. for example I managed to do 60 steps whilst laying in bed!!
This app and its devices are garbage. Constantly fails to connect or sync data. I literally have to reset my phone every single time I want to sync my data. Do yourself a favor and get a real FitBit.
The App doesn't Connect and Sync with Band most number of times on Bluetooth showing Connection Timed out despite Band fully charged and Bluetooth enabled on Smart phone. Today I couldn't connect even for a single time with the band through Smart phone. I really regret purchasing the Band
The app an wrist unit do not syn well they don't accurately reflect my steps by hundreds of steps so I don't trust the other data. I regret my purchase. I could not get the app and wrist unit to work for several days and sent email to the address on the list in the app and waiyrd 2fays for an answer. It took numerous trying to get the things to work. Also the charger fell apart with in the week of purchase. I had to figure out how to put it back together. I should have bought a pedometer at the dollar store.
Like a lot of the reviews, I had problems synchronising the watch with the app. I solved the problem by switching my phone off and then back on. This solved the problem. Both the Watch and app are working fine.
Received my fitpolo yesterday about 3 pm today at 9:30 am I am still trying to sync it... I have rebooted my phone, installed and uninstalled the app and nothing. I do not have a lot of time to spend trying to make something work. Today it will get boxed up and sent back to the manufacturer. It shouldn't be this hard to get something to work that should work... but then you get what you pay for..
H709 for some reason my watch won't pair it did when I first got it now won't sync or pair tried resetting watch and uninstalled app but still won't find my watch.
It almost never connects to my device, even is i wrap the watch around my phone, and the few times it did connect, it didn't stay connected, which basically makes it useless...
Just arrived last night but will be sending this device back immediately. Too much time lapses before steps taken are counted. Don't trust that the information is accurate. I thought the price was too good to be true and I was right.
I lost our manual...and the app./ watch refuses to pair with my phone. The app and phone are extremely limited in information..I can't find how to pair them anywhere!
Its not a bad watch. But my issue with it is you cannot look back at what your steps or sleep time was. I tried to go back and see what my step count was on a different day and it doesnt give me a number. Nor does it give me sleep times.
The messaging options for notification doesn't work with Android 10. Aside from that it's a good one.
The watch connected to my phone and when I lock my phone it disconnected and not getting notifications and phone calls.When I again open my phone it connected. It is connecting when phone is on.My watch is H706 I don't know why this problem came..please tell me solution..
It should not need access to personal items on the phone to work, limited funtionalit to at least fix the time would be nice without needing the storage and access.
Good watch but after i updated the app and the watch nothing changed. please can you'll put some new wallpapers and please put a charging display in the more setting i dont understand how much electricity is remaining in it.so please put something new
Cannot get the app to connect to the watch so I can change the time. Contact the company by email twice and have not received a response. Poor customer service.
can't seem to get this watch to register my actions .only date and time. and the date says 16-08 which is backwards..sometimes it registers most times will not.tried all instructions over and over .... .
I like the watch, but can you please tell me how to add more functions in the app? The "more" button on the functions page is unusable.
It stopped measuring my sleep after 3 days. Hit reset, also tried to repair it. Counts the steps just fine.
Good battery life and can be use without wifi or data connection. I hope you will add more watch face settings for H707
Watch/app seems ok but I am not receiving any calls or message notifications. That was the whole reason for the watch...
Nice One, Very easy to understand & easy to get connected to smartphone.
I find the watch very good and unlike other reviews, I've never had a problem with syncing to the app or bluetooth connection. However, my main complaint is how it has measured my step length for pedometer as it seems I walk a lot, even when I don't and its inability to connect & sync with my other health apps. Once, these issues are able to be resolved, then a better star rating.
